Beautiful boutique hotel minutes from the Eiffel Tower, and restaurants, many rooms with tower view. Some rooms are smaller than others so notice before booking. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend staying here again.

I was recovering from a travel cold, and the room seemed uncomfortably chilly, but heat was not available until "next month" (October). Really? Not even an in-room space heater could be made available?

Staying here was a dream. We had two rooms, one with a balcony but both amazing Eiffel Tower views. The hotel was very clean and staff was great. The room with the balcony did have a little bit of a musty smell like maybe the carpet got wet and it didn’t dry out properly or maybe because the hotel is older it just had a smell. But over all it was very clean and had that Parisian aesthetic. Rooms were tiny but we weren’t really in the room and it’s no different than a new York hotel room. Overall I would 100% stay here again.

The worst experience of my life! The staff are incredibly rude — especially Ana! We’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many nice hotels, but we have never experienced anything like this. From the moment we arrived, the greeting was rude and full of attitude. She wouldn’t even look up or smile when we walked in or out. At the end of our stay, when I asked for my bag, she ignored me the first time because she was “fixing” something. I had to ask again, and she handed me the bag in a rude way. I literally had to tell her, “It’s okay to smile at your guests!” Worst experience ever! We paid almost $1,000 for this hotel and this is the service we received. If you’re not happy with your job, don’t work there! I see that other people had similar issues with the staff’s attitude, and based on the hotel’s responses, it’s clear they don’t care. It’s probably the same girl behind the laptop replying to everyone, lol. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! As for the so-called “view,” you’ll see the Eiffel Tower from countless angles all over Paris. From our room, the view wasn’t even good — definitely not worth the price.

This hotel was truly spectacular! Our view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was incredible! The bathroom was spacious and beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly And helpful.

View is worth every penny

We were in the junior suite with the front facing Eiffel Tower view and it really is jaw dropping when you walk into the room and see it complete with a little balcony. We loved being able to watch the tower light up at night for the light show. The corner is very quiet and with the blackout curtains we had no issues with noise or light. The room is very large for Parisian standards, especially the bathroom featuring a very big and deep bathtub. The hotel is a short walk to the tower and gardens as well as a metro stop. We had a great time! Expensive but worth the splurge in our opinion.
