Staff at the bar was NOT friendly at all, horrible. Hotel staff was very good, same for housekeeping personnel. We arrived on Feb 15, they decorated our room for Valentine's day. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast: +++, very good buffet, really liked it. Room was good, facilities clean.
Novotel Bercy is an excellent budget hotel close to almost every site in Paris. The staff was most helpful and friendly and the restaurant was excellent for a hotel restaurant
great location, rooms are small but cozy. friendly staff always willing to help out, my compliments to Lola LOLA IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPS YOU RIGHT AWAY. The only problem I had,was construction right in front of the hotel
The front desk staff at Novotel Bercy was very helpful and spoke English beautifully. The room was small but clean and had all amenities necessary for a tourist vacation. Would have liked to see a gym at this hotel as well but it was worth the excellent price offered. The breakfast buffet is expensive for larger groups/families but it is nice to have an easily accessible restaurant.
