Great hotel right next door to accor arena. Lovely room. The staff is amazing and the metro station is close by. There’s a bus that goes directly outside the notre dame. Sofa bed is very comfortable. We were able to get a late check out as well. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Also great is the USB and other charging stations in the room. The shower was a bit small but not annoying.
Stayed here for 5 nights for the Paris Masters Tennis tournament. Hotel location is superb, only a few hundred metres to the entrance for the Accorhotels Arena Bercy. 6th floor balcony room was really nice. Bar and restaurant are very nice and great quality. Bar manager is excellent, he really understands what great service looks like. Would recommend.
All rooms are identical, very modern facilities, only difference is the levels where you are staying as it does not matter, as the property is in the accor arena. They have wonderful theme for small kids during breakfast, like a balloon man & tattoo artist to keep the kids entertained. The best part apart from everything that we liked was the express checkin & checkout which was awesome. Their breakfast spread is also excellent.
Stayed his enroute to Disneyland as this is closer from here. Th efamily room as they call [as I was with my two daughters 10&8] is too small and congested. House keeping was not at all to standards. The only silver lining is the wonderful staff [shall add photos later, dont remember their names!!] at the reception and the restaurant. Overall just an average place. Not at all worth the big money we paid booking through a travel website!!
I love this hotel because they never stop improving. Every time I stay here, there's something always new and different. The things are super nice, too. This time, I noticed that they improved their breakfast. Its service as well as even wider range of its variety. In particular, I really liked the service for "breakfast in your room" option. Simply you put a notice card on your room door a night before, they'll bring you a brekkie to the room for a free of charge. Also, there are numerous breakfast entertainers at your breakfast table on the ground floor, especially over weekends (for kids, I guess). I saw the Michael Jacko look-a-like, the face painting lady, and the amazing balloon-making guy who can make almost anything! I admire this kind of fun-loving thoughts for the hotel guests. It's a really nice place to stay, indeed.
Stayed for two nights with our two boys (age 16 and 12). Excellent access to Paris with metro close by and not far from the Seine if you fancy walking (Notre Dame 20 mins away by foot). Ideal if you’re visiting the AccorHotels Arena, as it is right next door. Rooms clean with usual facilities (tea, coffee, fridge, safe, etc). Would definitely stay again.
This hotel is a 4 Star The air conditioning in each room is not individually controlled so if the hotel decides it is 23 c for every room then it is If you want a lower temperature Open the window!! For nearly €200 per night in non prime location (albeit nice) part of Paris I don’t think it is worth it Also they are introducing a new room concept No desk to work at and plugs in the wrong places... clever architects as usual who do not understand the business person Only good thing about this hotel is the staff dealing with the stupidity of the management decisions Well done
Stayed in 6 Floor with Balcony, so possible to smoke on Balcony If you come with car, best is a smart, way to the parking Garage you need to be more an Artist to drive in than a normal Driver great breakfast, great Service, nice reception persons, and in case you are interested in the ATP 1000 event best to go to the tournament, just 1 Minute walk lot of Restaurants opposite Hotel and near Hotel, so very good place
This was the first time we have stayed in a Novotel but it won't be our last. I picked the hotel because of its proximity to the Bercy train station and because it was very reasonable. We were thrilled with the room size, the very comfortable bed, the huge TV, the perfect room temperature, the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to speak French to me I was a bit surprised by the Bercy neighborhood. I thought it would be quiet, but I forgot about the stadium and didn't know about the big park or all the cafes full of young people drinking huge glasses of beer. I was a little concerned about the noise, but we had our own little after dinner party in our room with some cookies and a half bottle of wine, and once the concert was over at 10:30 or so and the crowds dispersed I had about best sleep I had during our 10 days in France.
Very glad that we opted for what was actually the cheap option rather than a more authentic parisien experience. Spotlessly clean, very quiet, lovely bathroom and the odd extra such as mini fridge, kettle free bottled water. Not the loveliest of locations but plenty of bistros around for breakfast/dinner and a small supermarket nearby. metro very close and only two stops from Chatelet/Les Halles.
