The Space:
Spacious and bright flat, next to the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. This is a superb apartment is located on very nice and quiet Parisian street, just nearby Montparnasse train station.
The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!
This tastefully renovated and exquisite apartment is located on a nice and residential Parisian neighborhood, ideally communicated via public transport to all main city attractions and just some minutes away from Champs de Mars! A large luminous main living room opens up to a well designed kitchen, equipped and very functional! Both main rooms are ideal for a night rest after sightseeing all day, each with a huge double bed and one of them with an ensuite bathroom.

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was comfortable,pretty, clean, and safe. Lovely neighborhood, which was totally walkable with many shops and restaurants and markets nearby. The subway and bus system was easily accessible from the apartment for us to get around the entire city. We would totally book this place again!

Logement bien placé, proche à pieds de Montparnasse dans rue calme mais équipement pas du tout à la hauteur du descriptif, très insuffisant (6 chaises, 3 tasses pour 7 personnes), et la 3ème "chambre" est en fait une pièce en sous sol très humide. Pas de réactivité de l'hôte pour trouver une solution pour l'équipement, et réponses non satifaisantes par la suite.

L'appartement manque d'aération. Il n'y a que deux fenêtres qui ouvrent. Et la vue de cette fenêtre montre les poubelles. Ce n'est pas tellement agréable.
