Spacious, it is a very pleasant apartment located in a very dynamic district.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed in the office. There is also a bathroom and a pretty American kitchen.

The balcony provides a pleasant space, the neighborhood is peaceful, and transportation is easily accessible.

This apartment is very pleasant, very calm and bright, it has just been renovated. It is ideal to accommodate 4 people, there is also an extra bed that can accommodate a 5th person (ideally a child).

Trendy and dynamic district, it is also very central.

There are many restaurants and bars there. There is rue Daguerre 3 minutes away, where you will find all the local shops.

Very well served by transport, the Montparnasse station is very close. There are several metro and bus lines.

It is very convenient for visiting Paris. Access from the airports is direct and fast.

Small but great place

This place was definitely small, one bedroom and one small extra room that can get converted to a second room with one bed. The bathroom only has a bath tub with a wand style head, so showering is tough. There is a homeless person living right outside the front door, but they weren't a bother, just strange to see. The neighborhood was great other than that, with a lot of restaurants and shops on the street over, so it felt like a great neighborhood to wander around. Fairly close to a few metro stations on different lines which made getting around convienant. Right next to the catacombs, which require tickets that sell out, so get them early if you want to go.

The Flat was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable for four adults. A wonderful balcony to enjoy. Location was very close to Metro and Bus line with plenty to see and eat just in the neighborhood! I would highly recommend this booking!

Schöne, große Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstraße. U-Bahn in ca. acht Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleiner Park mit Spiel- und Fitnessgeräten schräg gegenüber. Gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt quasi um die Ecke. Bäckereien, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants in max fünf Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Überall 'französisches Flair'. Wohnung insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank, ausreichend Kochutensilien, gut funktionierender Geschirrspüler. Keine Waschmaschine, aber Waschsalon in derselben Straße, nur wenige Häuser weiter. Gut funktionierendes Internet, bequeme Betten. Viel Stauraum für Kleidung. Zwar kein Schrank zum Hinhängen von Kleidern, Mänteln u.ä., aber genügend Stühle, die wir dafür genutzt haben. Hübscher kleiner Balkon, ideal für ein Glas Wein am Abend nach dem Sightseeing; zum Frühstücken für zwei Personen ausreichend. Da wir zu Dritt waren, hat eine Person quasi in der Balkontür gesessen, was irgendwie auch lustig war. Check-In hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Juliana war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch für weitere Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Insgesamt ein gelungener und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

The washing machine could not be used, it had like a tape to hold the cover it and one lamp was broken. The department was for 4 people but it only have beeds for three But overall, we enjoyed it, very same place to stay the places for the public transportation where very closed to the department It was a good customer service from this company, very helful

Tolles Viertel mit der sensationellen Rue Daguerre um die Ecke! Kommunikation mit der Agentur funktionieren nur schlecht. Auch nicht witzig, wenn die Betten erst noch gemacht werden müssen und eines kaputt ist.
