Relaxing and comfortable stay as usual with good connection to the main sights. Friendly and helpful staff with support all the time. Breakfast was up to expectation especially the fry your own egg and fresh orange juice.
We are on day 4 of our stay in the hotel and we think its a lovely place to stay. The staff are not rude and very helpful even though our french is not very good. I am on holiday with my 8 year old daughter and we have managed to walk to and from the centre of Paris everyday and surrounding areas taking in all the sights Paris has to offer. It is a bit of a walk but that's how you experience the city. Our room is lovely with lots of space and we get a fresh bottle of water in the room everyday. Its quiet and confortable and a definite 10/10 for cleanliness! We only ate here once as we are fussy eaters but waiting staff were very pleasant and friendly. If we were to visit we would happily stay again.
Rooms are spacious, breakfast is good. But overall nothing spectacular. Coffee is poor, just as the Gin&Tonic served at the bar: no lime, cucumber or anything to go and spice up the drink. Rooms are clean, employees correct but not too friendly.
hotel was clean and very friendly staff .breakfast was very good as was evening meal .DUSTIN on front desk was great very helpful .we travelled in a group of 4 and he organised trips arranged buses etc .hotel is easy to get to paris centre by bus 2 euros return just outside hotel ..ELIZEBETH on bar duty and helped in restaurant in evening was also great .we had a really mice break and would def book here again ..the traffic outside that people complain about in other reviews are not a problem cant hear noise and you are not sleeping in the road .its no problem
Company preferred hotel close to the office. The location is good in that sense, but its right by a high way that is very full of traffic 24/7, but I had not problem with the noice in the night at least. I asked for a high floor room, and got it on floor 8/9. Small front desk and outside does hardly look like a hotel. The room was basic and standard in grey colors. An average standard business hotel with the basic needs. The breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choices and did not look all that inviteable. The gym, was one cycle, one treadmill and one ski-machine, so not a lot of choices. I would not chose this hotel my self, but its comfortable to be close to the office, which is in the close by mall So Ouest, which have shops and restaurants, other wise there is nothing outside the hotel, for example some where to purchase some snacks.
A fine hotel, well located for Clichy. Rooms were good and breakfast acceptable. The only negative is that the gym only has three machines and as the weather was awful, there was quite a queue! Overall would recommend
BOOK ELSEWHERE. DECENT ROOMS, BUT NOT WORTH IT ONE BIT. You're basically in a nice prison. Rude MEMBERS OF staff, although the front desk was friendly enough, it takes about 30 min before you get served a tiny drink for 5 times what they're worth, and it is such a faff to get into the centre of Paris. The cups were broken, they left you without water in the room, their so-called GYM was NOTHING you couldn't do right outside the front door. In fact, we did much more walking and cycling in the centre of Paris. There are no free weights or exercise benches of the likes. If you spend the time, and the money, do yourselves favours and spend another £100 for something closer. This wasn't worth the time nor money spent. My husband may well review the same in the morning. Book elsewhere.
Very good for the price good location center but far from the traffic. Amazing breakfast. We were not happy with our room and when we told front desk they didn't hesitate to change it and give us a better and more quiet one. Bar staff were very friendly. Was more a business type of hotel but overall we enjoyed it.
The hotel is located 30 mins away (walking) from the arch of triumph. The location is not great but it is still city centre. We had an executive room, it was nice and comfy but the window did not open at all and the mini fridge that was supposed to be refilled everyday sometimes did not. The staff was alright. One girl was very rude because we were going to ask a question and we were standing in front of the reception and she was doing training to another girl and we stood there for 10 mins, nobody acknowledged our presence until after a while I asked her my question which she did not even answer at first, she waited a few seconds to answer. Also, please get staff which speaks English because you can't have a hotel with a target market of business people (mainly international) and the receptionists can't speak English. Overall, it was a good stay, breakfast was good and room was nice.
Generally speaking the stay there was ok, however I would expect that the hotel get directly information from the accor hotel web-site about the booked stay, thus keeping us away from the receptionist complain, that in order to get what we have ordered we needed to call directly the hotel before our visit. And we definitely expect a better service at the Hotels restaurant.
