We could not have been happier with our four night stay at Hotel Cambon. Everything was perfect from the time we checked in. The staff was always cheerful and helpful and made us feel that they personally cared for us. The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved everything about it---the art work, the lighting, the design, our balconies and even the china in the most delightful breakfast room. I could go on and on with the raves. The hotel was more than we could have wished for. If we should ever have an opportunity to visit Paris again there is no doubt that we would stay at Hotel Cambon.
Stayed there with wife and two kids (6 and 9) for a long weekend Paris visit. First of all the location is great with so much to see close by but also very easy access to subway and hence easy to get around to everywhere in town. We had a family room which was superb as the kids get their own hotel room but we had a private corridor between our rooms. Staff was excellent, service minded and very helpful and made the stay better by being there. Breakfast was good even for a gluten intolerant person like myself but with what I am used to for Paris standard really good and kids especially was really pleased. Only negative was that the AC that worked the first day was turned off as it was considered unnecessary apparently (it was really cold outside!), which made the room quite hot in the evening. If you travel to Paris with kids my recommendation is absolutely to check out this hotel and go for the family room!
Our stay in the beginning of June was a gift and we enjoyed it very much. Staff first : Reception day/night - perfect, nice, smiling and helpful. Housekeeping and FB staff - precise cleaning, helpful staff. Fantastic hotel, small, but cosy and quiet room with street view, comfortable mattresses and bedding, nice bathroom with pleasant cosmetics, cosy and quiet restaurant. Everywhere clean. Location - perfect, close to everywhere, mostly by walk or metro. Thanks a lot for all, Cambon hotel :))
Nice little hotel. I stayed for two nights for work. My room was a bit noisy and sandwiched between the street and the elevator, but the bed was so soft and comfortable that it made up for it. Would stay here again
This was a lovely hotel in a great central location in Paris. Close to buses & metro. Walking distance to a lot of main attractions. Our room was newly remodeled very clean very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a nice buffet with eggs, yogurt, fruits, breads & more. The staff was very friendly & helpful. As far as a previous comment about a small elevator well most of them in Eupore are so not a valid complaint. Also most tv is in French well the hotel is in France & I would expect that. There was some English channels. I would highly recommend this hotel.
A lovely small hotel in the 1st arrondissement with excellent, friendly service and a good value for th room price. It has a great location for shopping, museums, sightseeing and eating. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much. The bedroom was a good size for two people with plenty of room in the bathroom.
The place is just ok, but it located in the center of shopping. However, the room is small, restroom toilet looks old. I can hear neighbor singing in the restroom in early AM. I will not come back this hotel
Hotel Cambon was such a treat - great location (especially if first time in Paris) as you are walking distance to the Louve and best shopping. Delicious breakfast and staff was so friendly and attentive, they held our bags before our check-in and after we checked out to accommodate our travel schedule. Room is small but "big" for Paris standards, and lobby table area perfect for a late night glass of wine. Definitely recommend!
Found this hotel on Expedia don’t usually book this way but we did and didn’t regret a thing. Location is a one subway switch from airport and delivers you right to the door. Amazing access to all of Paris ..30 min walk to Eiffel Tower and most other tourist spots...also close to great local eats and drinks, quite a high end place but quaint and very quiet. Not pretentious just a cute well run hotel in the middle of Paris. You can walk yourself crazy from here. We had a terrace room which was very big with a deck, rare in Paris, staff was great even stored our luggage for free while we went to Amsterdam. Definitely liked this spot.
WOW - we were right in the middle of the action here at Hotel Cambon. Great location off of the Place de Concord and walking distance to The Louvre, St. Honoré, the metro and so many other landmarks. Traditional boutique hotel with each room designed with care. The front desk team was very helpful and the housekeeping attentive to special requests. The stay here was the icing on the cake to an already fantastic adventure that got better every day. The only negative was the room service from Flottes (restaurant across the street which is a delicious restaurant!!), my colleague ordered the 'tuna' from room service menu and she received a can of tuna in oil on a plate with some bread. Sooo odd for Flottes which has the BEST French Onion Soup and seafood. Thank you to the team at Hotel Cambon.
