Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Overall it was good, definitely can improve in the Breakfast area, mini bar should include at least two bottles of water and two cokes specially if its for a couples stay. Also bath robes for couples not Just one. Other than that I would’ve given it a 5 star on everything.

This is an excellent location! It's a 2-3 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower which is in full view leaving the property. The metro is around the corner and there are several cafes within blocks and in every direction from the hotel. Staff was professional and courteous. No complaints but the day before checkout housekeeping didn't leave any towels. We requested towels three times before getting them later that evening.

Simplemente magnifico su ubicación esta muy buena

After a long flight to Paris, our room was not ready when we arrived, although they offered a sightseeing cruise and drinks at the bar, the fact is we were tired and just needed to freshen up and get some sleep. The toilette did not flush and maintenance had to come and take care of it which was embarrassing. The phone in the room did not work and to top it off the room was so small it was like living in a closet for 7 days.

We had a great experience at Mercure, namely because of the superb hotel staff and great facilities. It was a great price and value, and only a block away from the Eiffel Tower. We would definitely stay at Mercure again and recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower, which is fantastic. Very close to the underground train station. Within walking distance of several key sites in Paris. The room was clean and comfortable.

Agatha greeted us at the front desk, she was delightful and helpful.

Great location. Easy to know where your hotel is in reference with the Eiffel Tower. Fast wifi. The facade of the hotel is not so fancy but, loved that I get to see Eiffel Tower before bed and when I wake up

Room is a little small with no space to stretch out and get comfortable. Very good location, nice staff.

PROS:10 minute walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Excellent view of the tower from the foot of the lobby. Good restaurants close by, maybe 5 to 10 minute walk to the train station. Hotel price was good for the location. CONS: stayed in the hotel for 5 days and they had served same breakfast every single day!

Room was small but cozy. Staff was attentive. Power was off for a few minutes and somebody was sent to our room to investigate in a timely manner. The safe failed to open as a result of the power outage and somebody came to fix it. Overall, our stay was great! The hotel is very close to the Eiffel tower, walking distance to the Seine river and the 'big bus' stop if you want to do the hop on hop off tour. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean, the staff was nice but not super helpful with guidance. We asked for some guidance to get to versallies and they didn't really help much. It is a main attraction so I feel they should Have been of better assistance. Other than that it's a great place and location.

Short, sweet stay seeing and doing so much. Hotel has a great location to restaurants, metro, attractions

Staff was friendly and attentive throughout stay. The hotel was down the street from the Eiffel Tower and several restaurants. The tv did stop working and a light blew out but the staff had it fixed right away. Staff also spoke very good English which was helpful.

2 blocks from Eiffel 1 block from airport bus (CDG)

The location is so convenient and the staff are perfectly lovely. Right next to the Eiffel Tower and can even see it from our hotel room. Metro stations are all around and a short route to the Champs Élysées. The rooms are very quite and comfortable. The staff was always very willing and patient and went above and beyond to help. My mom wanted to get her haircut and they helped her find a place and even called to see if they would accept an appointment for her. The staff always had a smile on their face and really made us feel welcome.

This was out first trip to Europe. The staff was nice. The hotel on the surface was clean. However, when we got to our room you could see dried up stuff on the walls in the toilet room where something had spilt down it. It was also on the wall where the tv was hanging. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower and it smelt like urine. If we kept the door open for ventilation throughout the day it seemed to help but I also noticed this throughout the city. Their bathrooms are just not as clean. Overall, the hotel was perfect for our stay. The location was nice. If you want more of a quiet area, you will love it. It's only about 2 blocks from the train station and the bus stops are about 3 or 4 blocks. We did enjoy our stay.

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat.

well located, friendly people, good breakfast, I had a god time
