Great location. We had a Friday afternoon/evening to spend in Paris and it was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysees. Plenty of dining options as well.

Good manners of the hotel people. Near all tourist places and nice area.

Property is worth recommending.Reservation and Front Desk Staff must answer phones call either from inside or outside the hotel.Staff at front desk must have good communication skill in english and proper hygiene . . no stinking breath, please.Security at lobby must learn to smile and be polite to guests.Guests must be allowed to bring bottle of water to their table as part of the 19 euro fee.Rude for staff to be already taking breakfast items out while late comers are still eating. The security must be posted at front door instead of locking it to guess’inconvenience.

location is good but the amentities is not that good n the room smells

I received the most terrible service at this hotel and it was my first time there and for my birthday. The staff was very rude to me and there were big roaches in my room and they did nothing When I would call the front desk receptionist they would talk rude to me and say...what do you want!!?? I was very hurt and disappointed it didn't feel clean to me and room smelled awful My windows were so dirty i couldn't see out I was in tears

Proximity to the Eiffel Tower ,cafes and restaurants and the metro station. Location was great.. Trocadero is just minutes away for walking.

The location was good but the plumbing smelled foul intermittently.

I would definitely stay here again, loved the location very much.

Closed to Eiffel Tower. Friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast was great. Small but comfortable room. Very clean hotel and nice hotel

Location is great! Pictures make room look bigger than what it is. Bare necessities, no soap. Shower door isn’t proper and water gets all over the floor. Hair dryer blew out and they never brought another. Room power kept blowing out, tech had to come 2 times in the two days I was there.

The entrance to the hotel is filthy with liter everywhere. The maid service was hit and miss. You’re supposed to put a sign out if you didn’t want your sheets or towels changed. They would take some dirty towels and leave new, or not take the dirty ones at all. Requests for service was ignored our first night and I was told by a housekeeper that she didn’t get any notice for more towels and hangers and even though she had her supplies where the discussion took place, she still wanted me to call the front desk to request again at 2200. The coffee cups and sugar were not replenished daily. We were not told or asked about discount tickets and the museum pass offered to purchase there. There were stains on our wallpaper and blood stains on the carpet just outside the entrance to the toilet. The shower was very slick and I almost slipped on multiple occasions. The only thing positive about this hotel is the location to the Eiffel Tower and that the elevators were fast and efficient. Unfortunately, I will have to pick a different hotel for my next visit.

The staff was awesome, ensuring we were a priority to get a room, since we arrived at 0800 due to a very early flight. They were able to answer all of our questions about Paris and what to see and how to get back to the airport successfully.

As always, when I come to Paris, mercure is my choice.. this is my third time in this hotel and the location and convenience is what makes me come back.. close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower.. great hotel staff.. it is actually more affordable to other hotels nearby.. love this hotel

It has a great location. Right next to the Eiffel Tower.

It was close to the Eiffel Tower and very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms were a bit smaller than the US rooms but were clean.
