The entrance to the hotel is filthy with liter everywhere. The maid service was hit and miss. You’re supposed to put a sign out if you didn’t want your sheets or towels changed. They would take some dirty towels and leave new, or not take the dirty ones at all. Requests for service was ignored our first night and I was told by a housekeeper that she didn’t get any notice for more towels and hangers and even though she had her supplies where the discussion took place, she still wanted me to call the front desk to request again at 2200. The coffee cups and sugar were not replenished daily. We were not told or asked about discount tickets and the museum pass offered to purchase there. There were stains on our wallpaper and blood stains on the carpet just outside the entrance to the toilet. The shower was very slick and I almost slipped on multiple occasions. The only thing positive about this hotel is the location to the Eiffel Tower and that the elevators were fast and efficient. Unfortunately, I will have to pick a different hotel for my next visit.

The staff was awesome, ensuring we were a priority to get a room, since we arrived at 0800 due to a very early flight. They were able to answer all of our questions about Paris and what to see and how to get back to the airport successfully.

As always, when I come to Paris, mercure is my choice.. this is my third time in this hotel and the location and convenience is what makes me come back.. close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower.. great hotel staff.. it is actually more affordable to other hotels nearby.. love this hotel

It has a great location. Right next to the Eiffel Tower.

It was close to the Eiffel Tower and very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms were a bit smaller than the US rooms but were clean.

Encountered a few problems regarding shower drain and cleanliness of the room, but the staff was very understanding. The hotel deserves some renovations and improvement of amenities, but overall the hotel is good, with GREAT location, and the service from the front desk is definitely a highlight. Despite the issues, it is a good hotel.

The hotel was in fact very close to the Eiffel Tower as reviews stated. Would have stayed in another location if I had to do it all over again. Of course that is no reflection on the hotel itself. Nothing outstanding, special about the hotel. Meets basic needs. Staff was rather unhelpful in regards to tours or information in general. Have stayed at many hotels in Europe and have been lucky with location and helpful staff but cannot say the same for my stay at Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel. Stay was ok at best.

Very good location, and excellent service, the staff caught thief's trying to steal from the people at the bar, very good. *

Hotel is nice. I didn’t expect that Paris is near hotel that is perfect. It’s easy for my trip.

Good location. Might be the water source but our restroom smelled of urine everyday. The room was hot even though the air was on. Not a deal killer, but just an FYI. Other than that the staff was great and let us leave the luggage 5+ hours before our check in time.

Very convenient , very close to the Eiffel Tower, metro and restaurants .. I will stay here again

Our room was extremely small and stuffy. We spoke twice to receptionist regarding the bathroom sink not draining. We had requested a room Eiffel Tour and was told they would accommodate us the following day, which was denied the next day.

Awesome would recommend! Nice staff and awesome prime location!

This hotel was fantastic. Location was excellent, food great, staff great. Loved it.

I had a very nice and pleasant experience especially checking in. Enzo and another gentleman that was at the front desk helped me check in early. We had a long flight from NY and to be able to check in early was very beneficial. They were very friendly and very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely book again when we come back.

For an already high priced room nobody ever told us it would cost an additional 35 euros per day to park my rental car. They should have parking included. Also the room was tiny and smelled horrible like cigarettes even though we wanted a non smoking room. i would definitely stay at the hotel next door next time around never this one again. The only thing good about this hotel is the location as it’s super close to the Eiffel Tower, however they don’t have a room with a good view of it.

The bed was comfortable, the size was not an issue, but the Toilet closet smelled like urine and the rugs were never vacuumed. There was no free bottled water as stated and the iron wasn't hot enough to iron a cotton shirt.

Comfortable rooms, solid breakfast buffet each morning. Location was great, near metro and rer stops

Had a great time, great location, beautiful room, good breakfast, however I didn’t like the pillows that were on the bed. My husband and I both woke up with our necks and backs aching. Overall stay was really good.
