Hotel was nice and clean, the staff was nice but not super helpful with guidance. We asked for some guidance to get to versallies and they didn't really help much. It is a main attraction so I feel they should Have been of better assistance. Other than that it's a great place and location.

Short, sweet stay seeing and doing so much. Hotel has a great location to restaurants, metro, attractions

Staff was friendly and attentive throughout stay. The hotel was down the street from the Eiffel Tower and several restaurants. The tv did stop working and a light blew out but the staff had it fixed right away. Staff also spoke very good English which was helpful.

2 blocks from Eiffel 1 block from airport bus (CDG)

The location is so convenient and the staff are perfectly lovely. Right next to the Eiffel Tower and can even see it from our hotel room. Metro stations are all around and a short route to the Champs Élysées. The rooms are very quite and comfortable. The staff was always very willing and patient and went above and beyond to help. My mom wanted to get her haircut and they helped her find a place and even called to see if they would accept an appointment for her. The staff always had a smile on their face and really made us feel welcome.

This was out first trip to Europe. The staff was nice. The hotel on the surface was clean. However, when we got to our room you could see dried up stuff on the walls in the toilet room where something had spilt down it. It was also on the wall where the tv was hanging. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower and it smelt like urine. If we kept the door open for ventilation throughout the day it seemed to help but I also noticed this throughout the city. Their bathrooms are just not as clean. Overall, the hotel was perfect for our stay. The location was nice. If you want more of a quiet area, you will love it. It's only about 2 blocks from the train station and the bus stops are about 3 or 4 blocks. We did enjoy our stay.

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat.

well located, friendly people, good breakfast, I had a god time

Booked this hotel for 6 night stay in Paris with my wife & daughter. Should have found an AIRBNB or a better hotel. Started out bad as room is smaller than a standard Holiday Inn, and it was supposed to be a "Privilege, Room, Multiple Beds". Basically it is a double bed with a hide a bed sofa. When my daughter opened the sofa bed, there was a mattress cover with hair and dirt all over it.. Yuck!. We called house keeping and they did come remove the old cover and put on sheets and obtain pillows, etc. With three people and luggage in the room, it was way too small. Toilet room smelled like a French ally-way if you get my drift. No ventilation at all. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. Shower splashed everywhere, and you had to use your towel to prevent flooding. Was not cheap either at $350 usd a night (with additional person).

Location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Walk out the front door and BAM there's the Eiffel Tower! Walking distance to Metro and plenty of dining areas. Highly recommend!

The most disappointing part was arriving to the reception only to realize that a deposit of 30 Euro's per person per day was required even though this was never advertised directly on their site, Orbitz or anywhere else for that matter. Second of all, we paid for a privileged suite & received a room with a horrible view (try the backside of the Pullman hotel located just in between their hotel & the Eiffel tower to a point where only the antenna of the Eiffel tower is visible). Staff was relatively responsive & able to communicate in both English & French which is good. Rooms are relatively small & this is reflected directly in bed sizes too; which is not too surprising seeing as the location is down-town Paris. Mind you certain facilities were not functional on arrival & we had to request a pillow & blankets for the sofa bed even though staff knew that three were to occupy the room. The breakfast was pleasant & met the standards of French cuisine; croissants, petits pains au chocolat, Madeleines, Brie, crepes & Frankfurt sausages come standard. Unfortunately, there is no variety in the breakfast menu, but there was no promise of this -- no one is asking for sautéed frog legs, but maybe some éclairs every now & again wouldn't hurt. Clearly this hotel is not trying as hard as others in the international tourist industry & it seems they believe the main excuse for this is the fact you are in Paris should count as a default advantage (I don't agree with that entirely).

There were bed bugs and the strong smell of urine .I thought that I was itching do to my sensitive skin and the water but my husband jumped up saying something biting. My God the bed bugs had made a feast of us.We complained and they were rude and ask that we not be loud because I was crying and my spouse was upset. They were booked up and sent housekeeping to help.Moved to my son studio but no refund .STAY AWAY

The location is absolutely perfect, from the Eiffel Tower to the subway. Very convenient also surrounded by places to eat!

Great location. Odd set up with the toilet in a seperate small room and then bath in another. severals towels that were provided in the room were dirty. breakfast expensive and terrible!

This hotel is an a excellent location. The staff was friendly, although there were a couple things wrong with our room. We called down to get maintenance to fix our bathroom light and they said that they would be right up. We waited and waited and nobody showed up. We were only in town for a day so this was a major inconvenience. There also several other things wrong with the room such as routine maintenance problems, such as the door had what appeared to be plaster covering the holes and was not painted. Overall I'd rate this hotel as a 3, not a 4.

The hotel is very close to the Effiel Tower and the Bir Hakiem metro stop. The hotel is furnished in modern decor. The rooms are a little cramped but still very comfortable. The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a great location, right next to the effile tower. stayed for a few days, the staff was friendly, knew how to speak English and very helpful with any questions that we had.

Booked two rooms - one queen and 2 singles. Gave us two queens. Said they would have a room with two singles later in the day. Came back from sightseeing and gave us a new key and told us to get our luggage from the old room. Went to the old room to retrieve our luggage and someone was already in it sleeping. They had already moved our luggage. Not very secure! Room was very hot - air-conditioning not working properly. Called the front desk several times but never fixed the issue. Had to open the windows - no screens. Bathroom very small and smelled very bad continuously. Like a bathroom on a boat. Front desk attendants were very rude and unhelpful. Tour de France finish was while we were there. Asked them where we should go and what time and they said they didn't know and the finish time was when the last cyclist crosses the finish line. How could they not know? Wouldn't give us suggestions for restaurants either. Our transfer to the airport cancelled on us but the front desk did not tell us. The agency said they called the hotel and the front desk told them we were not registered there! We waited for our airport transfer for an hour and finally called them and was told we weren't being picked up and they tried to contact us two days earlier but the hotel told them we weren't registered there! Then we asked the front desk to call us a cab and were told they don't do that. How can a hotel not have cab service! Would not assist us at all. We had to walk 3 blocks to the Eiffel Tower with all of our luggage to get to a taxi stand with a van big enough for the 4 of us and all our luggage. The bill at the end was wrong too. They tried to charge us with a couple of breakfasts that we did not have. Reading other reviews, that happens frequently here. Overall, a terrible experience. Room is very sparsely decorated and pretty uncomfortable. Very small.

Terrible customer service. Desk staff extremely unhelpful and rude. Would not give us any info about location and timing of Tour de France (how could they not know). Did not give us the message about our airport pick up service not coming. The service said they told them we weren't registered guests. Then they refused to call us a cab - said they did not do that! We reserved a room with two beds for our adult daughters- gave us a king. Said they would move us. Got back to the hotel and told us we had to move our own luggage. Went up to the room and there was another guest sleeping in the room. They had moved our luggage already. Seems like a security concern to us. Would not give us restaurant recommendations. Rooms were very small. Bed only has a sheet laying over the mattress and not fitted - no mattress pad or anything - GROSS. Then just a comforter. It was unseasonably hot there and the room was very warm. Really no air conditioning. Toilet was like a cruise ship toilet. Smelled very bad and made the room smell. Amenities are few. Were charged for breakfast that we did not have - other travel reviews say this happens regularly here. Location close to the Eiffel Tower but not anything else. On a side note, we were not ugly Americans. Were very pleasant despite their ugliness. Been to Paris before and have NEVER encountered anything like this.
