We had an amazing stay. Shops and restaurants are walkable, as well as bus stops and subway station. The room is very clean. Staffs are very kind and friendly. They also make sure you know what subway line to take and willing to help if you get confused. Overall, it was great, and we would love to go back again. Recommended!

There was construction goings on in the hotel. When we arrived, the craftsmen were drilling all afternoon. We chose the accommodation because of the terrace, but because of the works we did not have access, and we were not informed that there would be construction works. The room is much smaller in person than in the pictures. Also, the heating did not work, we had to call them every day to turn it on. The location is good and well connected, that was a good side of this accommodation.

It was acceptable, but to be rated as “wonderful” requires “…if you’re on a really tight budget”. It’s clean, in an OK neighborhood, and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating, but rather spartan and you risk putting a damper on your Paris trip unless you’re only going to use the room for sleeping and showering. I was booked for two nights but left a day early for another city, to get ahead of a possible railway strike the next day. It was better to write off the cost of the second night and move on than stay for a second or third night.

They would not come to clean room until late afternoon. Needed to request twice to get it on second day. A bit disappointed that we needed to prompt them to get things done.

This property is a simple no frills place, fine but the beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on. The ground is about the same. The pillows were next. Horrible. Great comforter. If you are very big.. getting in and out of the shower would be a huge problem. Door interferes with commercial size decanter of industrial type soap. Single ply toilet paper isn’t fun either. The towels are very old and scratchy. They were so worn thin they were ragged on ends. Property being renovated and rooms smell like fresh plaster. Not a great smell. I would not stay there again.
