Stayed for four nights with a family of four. Plenty of space, decent beds, and very quiet at night. No views from any of the windows but a nice sitting area and well furnished kitchen. Location is excellent. Metro is close and lots of shops and eating places in the area.

We stayed 6 in a three bedroom apartment. Two real bedrooms with really nice king size bed, and two extra beds in a "go through" area. The apartment was equipped for 4 for eating - 4 chairs around the table in the kitchen and Living room. But we could manage. Spa area was restricted for adults, but we were given half an hour before opening hours a morning, so the kids could go. That was really nice. Location is wonderful, right in the heat of the Latin quarter, and just a few minute walk from the jardin Luxembourg. Only little minus was the decor, which was modern, but a bit without personality. I would have loved that it was more traditional parisien.

The rooms we had are so comfortable. It happened to be a cool august in Paris this year, so air conditioning was not needed. It is walking distance to luxumburg garden, many good restaurants around, near st. Germain. I would go back any time.

The appartment is well equipped, the rooms are quiet and nice. The welcome st the reception is warm, any service request was fulfilled quickly. Go for the continental breakfast. The spa could not be evaluated due to construction works.

This apartment was great for a two night stop in Paris for our family of 4. It was well equipped and had good proportions. Brilliant location!!! The only negative was that my children found the sofa bed a bit uncomfortable and kept rolling to the middle of the bed.

We stayed there for 4 nights with our children 8 and 10. We had a flat on the ground floor. The accommodation had everything you needed, including a washing machine. The room was very clean. All the staff we spoke to or met were first class. The breakfast was very nice and croissants were very yummy. The children loved it. The neighbourhood is very nice with very good restaurants in walking distance. It is also walking distance to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Garden and the Louvre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever returned I would definitely stay. Maybe for a romantic weekend where we could use the spa facilities.

The 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids (11, 12 & 14) loved it as well. It was perfectly situated from the metro, which made travel to and from sites (including the airport, Versailles, and Disneyland) very easy. Many things were also within walking distance. It's a lovely neighborhood. The apartment was kept very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we would stay here again.

First off there location is great two minutes away from the Luxemburg gardens, another two to three odeon square, five minutes away from st Germain boulevard, and five minutes away from the Sorbonne! We took the one bedroom apartment, very spacious compared to rooms in Paris. Large bedroom and a large living space with a fully furnished kitchen, with a big couch that can become a double bed. There is also a washing machine and ironing board with a drying rack. Best home for any family traveling to Paris... Very recommended with a good price!

Background: Stayed here for five days with our family of 4 (kids 8 and 10). Booked the one-bedroom La Charmeur. Looked at several other hotels and apartments before choosing this one. Chose it because of the location in the St Germain de Pres, near nice restaurants and walking distance to Louvre, Pont Neuf, jardin Luxembourg etc, the reasonable price for the apartment, the high ratings and that we could visit the pool alone if booked via their website. Sent some questions to the hotel which where promptly answered. A couple of days before we went to Paris I wanted to know the price for upgrading to a bigger apartement (Le Flaneur) but found that it was a bit too much for us (like another 6400 euro). So we held on to our Charmeur. We had bad luck two days before arrival since our daughter got really sick so the journey to Paris was a bit chaotic. Upon arrival at the hotel we were therefore a bit exhausted. The receptionist was superkind and mentioned that I had asked about the Flaneur. I just said that it wasn't worth it for us. She than said that we had been upgraded (for free) to a two-bedroom apartment! We where so happy and grateful for this!!! The apartment: The apartament was huge, around 96 sqm. Modern. Clean. White. High ceilings. And with big windows. It has supernice furnishing. Modern but yet respectful of the old building. A kitchen, a big combined living- and diningroom, a bathroom and two toilets. Two big bedrooms. A big hallway. It was luxurious. We loved it! And the pictures can't do the apartment justice. They are even nicer irl. The area: Perfect near several very nice restaurants, walking distance to Louvre, Pont Neuf etc. Superclose to the fantastic Luxembourg-gardens (you can just sit there, hire a small boat for the kids to play with in the fountain or go to the playground with them. It is beautiful. There are also lots of shops and bakeries close. The subway is also close. Since the hotel is situated in the St Germain de Pres you can visit the galleries and small designer shops. The service: We could borrow dvd:s at the reception, which we did. We borrowed some kids films. The two receptionists that we met were both great and kind. Helped us with whatever we asked for. They were also genuinely interested in what we had visited, seen and ate. The cleaning-staff were also great. We had our private 30 min at the pool and this was really memorable and enjoyable for the kids and us. This is possible if you book your stay via their own site (which is also cheaper). Otherwise children under 16 are not allowed in the spa. All in all would highly recommend in all apects! We would never hesitate to go back. A big thank you to Carla and Kelly and the rest of the staff!

As parents of three teenagers, it can be tough to find hotels in Europe. Usually we end up with multiple rooms at opposite ends of the property. The two bedroom suite at Le Prince Regent was perfect - lots of space and a nice little kitchen. There is also a washing machine (no dryer, but the hotel provides a drying rack). Trust me, I need my space, and there was plenty in this room. The hotel staff was very kind and responsive. The neighborhood is fantastic - numerous cafes and restaurants only blocks away. We didn't even use the Metro, but walked to Luxembourg Garden, Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay and even the Eiffel Tower. Highly Recommend.
