We stayed in room 404 for two nights. The room was clean, had more than enough electrical outlets and a window you can open to sounds of the street and a view of the Eiffel Tower. Closing the window blocked the outside street noise. Very nice hotel with a very helpful staff. Valerie went above and beyond to help us with a credit card issue, helped us with the best metro routes to get to Versailles and CDG. She circled areas of the map to avoid. The metro station is across the street from the hotel. Safe neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we are extremely happy with all aspects of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, I don’t normally sleep well in hotels but the bed was perfect. The shower was hot and very powerful. Small but perfectly formed room, breakfast was nice. The hotel is in a very convenient location right next to the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is perfectly located next to a well connected metro station, that provides lots of opportunity to travel around the centre. Whereas on other trips we have been discouraged from travelling, the convenience of this metro station has encouraged us to take advantage of our daily metro passes. The hotel is very clean and well presented with lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Although there is no fridge in the room, there is a supermarket next door which provides the little bits of food that you need between meals. Francisco, particularly, was a highlight of our stay. His great, positive attitude and lovely nature really brightened up our evening trips back to the hotel. He truly is a credit to the business. As to his recommendation we are looking at trips to Bruges!!

Got this room to kinda pass out in since we were only visiting Paris for one day. Great location, easy check in. I believe the guy at reception gave us a room out of spite since he was getting fussed at by his manager and let us check in super early. Rooms are comfy...small, but who comes to Paris for the room? No face towels in the bathroom and gunk on the shower head so it was all about improvisation when it came to washing up. They do have adaptors free of charge @ the front desk, but its first come first serve. At check out time, which we left to head back to the airport @ 4am, the concierge asked if we liked Paris, which of course we said yes, ...and he began to tell his stories of racist encounters, how the people are snooty, he can't go to parties without preparing for a brawl and can't wait to move back to America, he feels welcome, he feels smart & can excel and in Paris, he can only get a job at a hotel. ... ... ... I get it...vent to the African American women, but you represent a brand. "Cool story, bro. Our UBER is here."

I stayed here for 3 nights , the location is perfect ! Good value for the money. The things that I didn’t like : The room is VERY SMALL !! The Wi-Fi is also the worst and the slowest wi-fi ever. The slowest WIFI ever. I hope they improve the Wifi

Really nice small hotel 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower with clean and functional rooms. Perfect for a couple nights at a very reasonable price. Clerk was really welcoming and helpful, even helping me find a parking spot where I wouldn’t have to pay (parking is really expensive in Paris, so very much appreciated). Breakfast was nice and fresh and there is a ton of restaurants around. Subway station is just across the street so you can go anywhere in Paris very easily from the hotel. We were just disappointed at the “view” that was advertised with the room as the only view possible from the room was buildings on the back of the building with apartments. Really good budget choice to be close to all the activities in Paris for a tourist weekend.

We spent a delightful three nights at Le Relais Saint Charles in a Superior room with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was a good size, had a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a great location right next door to the easy to use Metro, with lots of goor quality eateries nearby. We had the window open at night and despite the nearby road and Metro we did not experience any adverse noise. We would thoroughly recommend the Hotel.

If you are going to Paris for a couple of days, this hotel is your best bet. The hotel also offers a view of the Eiffel Tower from selected rooms, and if you stay in one of them, your experience will be amazing. The bathroom sizes are pretty decent and they are very good. The location is amazing. It is just a 15 min walk from Eiffel Tower or a 5 minute ride by a taxi. The wifi also works with good speed Highly recommended.

It’s a reasonable hotel with decent sized bedrooms for Paris. The best bits are it’s location which is just outside a tube station (Dupleix) and the beds which I find very comfortable. Rooms’ carpets and decoration are starting to be on the to be on the tired side. Breakfast is quite average. If you have time go to one of the bars around. It will be better and cheaper.

We have just returned from this hotel which we booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We requested a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the reception staff were very accommodating with this. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and had a lovely view of the tower, which was especially spectacular at night when it is lit up. The hotel itself is in an ideal location to explore the stunning city of Paris, a pleasant 10 minute walk from the tower, and close to metro and bus routes. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.
