The hotel was nicely situated near the green Metro line, one stop away from the Eiffel Tower stop. The rooms were clean, but the carpets in the hallways need a major updating. If your first impression is what you see with the rugs in the hallway, it sets the tone. The staff was nice.

Receptionist was very helpful. We had a lovely stay and the hotel was well kept and clean. Only a short 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower so would definitely recommend.

We liked our stay! Great to be across from the metro 6 to see all of the main tourist spots. Beds and room are small, which we expected. Nice it has elevator, air conditioning, and fridge.

The staff did their very best to meet all our needs. The hotel is very close to THREE metro stops which helps for excursions. We had the Eiffel Tower view in our hotel and the staff were very helpful in providing directions to sites and information on jow to use the metro. Thiw was our first time in Paris and this experience was very memorable! I will definitely return.

The staff here were wonderful and so helpful! However, on my last morning (yesterday), there was a lady I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t catch her name but she had short black hair and dark skin. When I said bonjour to her when I saw her at breakfast, she said nothing back. She had a grumpy look and demeanor the entire time she was down there. I assumed maybe she was one of the Wednesday delivery people. However, when the regular guy I’d seen throughout my mornings was off, she was the one remaining. I had an early travel to Disneyland Paris and by choice hadn’t had my room restocked the time I’d been there, so I was taking my tea up to my room. The lady slammed the phone on the wall down, put up her hand, and yelled, “NO!” You would’ve thought I was smuggling something bad or a criminal. She was sooo rude. She could’ve just politely let me know I wasn’t allowed to take tea up to my room, but she didn’t. I don’t know if she was a deliverer, an owner, or what… but this lady needs a crash course in working with people if they are going to put her around them. Wish I caught her name… black lady, short hair, morning of 7/30.
