Location is amazing to the M1, Gare de Lyon and coulee verte. Room and bath both spacious, clean and modern. Pleasant decor. But the best is a very accommodating and helpful staff. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good and common area light and cheery

The hotel itself and the size of room are comparatively small, but that's normal for boutique hotel in Paris, the location is good behind in a small alley from the main avenue, very close to Gare De Lyon, the main station and Metro Thank to Afed, the night manager who has help us to locate a lost storage luggage and upgrade to a better room, prepared a BF for our early departure
