Our luggage was lost by our airline for the full duration of our 5-day stay. The hotel staff were fully empathetic. As I looked to buy another carry-on for the new clothes we had to purchase, Jade was amazing with showing me good local stores. Manuel and his staff accommodated us graciously -- for which we extend our heartfelt thanks!! -- Kim & Karen, Lansing, MI, USA

Great place; the bathroom was completely renovated. The room was very well ventilated. The AC didn't work very well, but they set up a fan, so it was fine. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept easily. The staff was very attentive; they helped me get around Paris and gave me tips. It really is a great place.

The top floor rooms are pretty small, but your here to see Paris, not sit in a room. Be a use of the nature of the building the small loft only goes up to the fourth floor and there are two more floors, so remember to let them know when booking if you have mobility issues. We had a great time, a wonderful day in Paris bookended by two great mights' sleep.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The room itself is small and clean but roomy enough for 1-2 people and is typical size for Paris. However, the air conditioning was not functional all the time (it would shut off to conserve power and wouldn’t blow much air when it was on) which was very inconvenient at night during the heatwave, so I would not consider this an “air conditioned” hotel room by north american standards. The staff were lovely and very helpful with check-in and I was able to leave my luggage with them during the day.
