My partner and I stayed for the second time in this hotel. We booked an executive room. Although situated on the street side and next to the elevator, I found the room very quiet. When you enter the room there is a small entry hall with an entrance to the bathroom, and then a second door that leads to the sleeping area, so very little you will be woken up by noisy neighboors. Comfortable bed, and clean & practical bathroom with bath & shower. Breakfast not cheap (25€ for continental) but quite good. And of course you are at a very central location, so you may as well enjoy your breakfast at a restaurant in the neighbourhood

This is a great hotel, we stayed here beginning of October. The staff is very friendly, always smiling Location is perfect, half a block from the Arc de Triomphe and very close to 2 different Metro Stations Booked this hotel with Club Carlson points, the room was modern and very clean, and the size was perfect We also had complimentary breakfast every morning(probably because I'm Club Carlson Concierge member) which was great and was not included in the room. As I said, the breakfast was great, they bring all the breakfast items to the table, juice, yogurt, fruit salad, a basket will different types of bread, cheese, ham... plenty of food , but in most of the tables there is a lot of waste that probably goes to the trash(maybe... maybe not), so I think a buffet system will be better and will have less food wasted We enjoyed a lot our 3-day visit to Paris and staying in a nice hotel with great staff is always a plus

I had a one night stay during the peak summer season during a major sports event and I was able to use my Radisson Points. Other hotels had astronomical rates, so I was satisfied to stay here. I had flown in that same day, took train and arrived early, so I really wanted an early check in. Front desk told me to wait till noon and he could get me early check in and an upgraded room. He seemed sincere, so I believed him. He offered me 2 welcome drink vouchers, a continental breakfast for 2 for next day and coffee to wait until noon. I enjoyed the coffee and went for a long walk. The best part of this hotel is its location. When i received my room, I had a view of ADT and Juliette style balcony. This upgrade was good enough for me. I showered and went on my way. Bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. The room is very small, so is the hotel, the lobby, bar and restaurant. Overall, I came to Paris to sight see and not stay in my room, hotel was clean and comfortable, and I was able to use my points and save me a boat load of cash.

Hubs and I stayed here on our most recent trip to Paris. It’s just a short walk across the street from the metro coming from Charles de gualle and literally less than a block away from the arc de triomphe. The room was cute, quaint, and each of our crazy requests for even more water being delivered to our room was fulfilled. The next street over is the Champs-Elysées which is filled with restaurants and shops. Everything is a quick walk away. Even the Eiffel Tower is only a mile and some change away making it a short cab or a long walk. Both check in and check out were easy and efficient. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and parallel to the Champs Elysees, literally a couple of minutes walk. The neighbourhood is pleasant and metro stops are also nearby. I found breakfast an odd experience, you have a few set menu options as opposed to a buffet self-service and not sure if it was a translation issue but only asked for a few things and end up with the whole selection. Overall this is a good hotel and would stay here again.

This was the most horrible reservation experience during my travel history. I have made two nights booking, I received an email from the hotel that my credit card is not working, I changed the credit card once I received the email, but after 6 hours while I was sleeping I received another email saying that the 2nd credit card is working but they will cancel the 2nd night stay. and the email sent by no reply email. so I sent to and I explained to them but they couldn't help me. The lift wasn't working.

We booked the hotel based on the location, at that was amazing, only a few meters walk to Champs Elysees. The view is also amazing from room 702, you have there 2 balconys, one with a chair, and an other one with a table and 2 chairs. But not everything was that amazing, to start both elevators were broken, so the first time we had to use the stairs to reach our room in floor 7, the next time we wanted to go down, we saw that the personel had a elevator that was working, so we asked if we could use it and they said no, that we had to wait for our elevator to come for us (they were broken but they didnt know), we waited for 20 minutes and called a couple times to reception and had the same answer. Until we took the personel elevator and we appeared in the kitchen, so on our 2 day stay, we used the personel elevator and had to travel trough the kitchen and other places that were very dirty, also the elevator was very dirty. Another thing that happend is that aat 9pm the fire alarm sounded, it was a false alarm, but the personel didnt know what was happening and no one with preparation appeard, it was an electric problem.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location, In the middle of the city close to the Triumphal Arch and Champs Elysee. But that is all good about it. Rooms are very small for a five star. The luxury room (lowest available) are 12 square meters, I've dome measurement out of curiosity. The bed - queen size - fills almost half. Beds are not even close to what you'd expect in a five star. They would do great in a country side one but do not deliver to the expectations for a luxury hotel downtown Paris. Maintenance is something badly needed here: furniture is old and thorn. I had the bad surprise to have the water valve falling into the sink as I wanted to turn on the water... Continental breakfast is EUR25 and consists of a croissant, two slices of cheese, one of ham, an yogurt, a glass of juice (from a box) and a coffee. Anything else you pay for. Not to mention that they do not give a thing on the fidelity program of Radisson. As gold member I always get upgraded in all Radisson hotels allover the world but here. I will personally never stay at this hotel. There is another Radisson in Paris, at Porte Saint-Cloud which is way better and less expensive than this one.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Paris. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are very comfortable and ideal for somewhere to sleep after a busy day exploring the sites. They added personal touches with little chocolates with a welcoming note from the hotel left in the bedroom.

The location (100m from the Arc de Triomphe and 2-3 minute walk from the Champs Elysées is the best feature of this hotel. The rooms were very small (I am familiar with European hotel standards) and housekeeping was spotty at best. The sink was absolutely disgusting, it barely drained. I didn't take any photos but there are plenty in the other reviews/photos. Bathroom was poorly maintained as was the room and it was completely sub-standard for the Star Range and Hotel class. The hotel was very small and as such I was fairly surprised that the service wasnt better. Every surface of the room was worn (like it should have been updated 5 years ago) from the floors to the tile, the bathroom fixtures, etc. Also the Air Condioning was laughable at best, While we were in Paris the temprature never rose above 75 degrees but the room was unbearbly hot the enirety of our trip, so I wouldnt reccomend staying here in the summertime. Half of the staff were freindly, the other half were either preoccupied staring out into space or looking out the front door. The young Lady at the Front Desk and the waitstaff were good but the rest not so much. Breakfast was pretty good, though the only coffee that they served was instant.
