Customer service was 10/10 best I have ever received at any hotel. Rooftop bar was spectacular, location of hotel was really nice, so beautiful. Room really nice too! Everything was perfect. The staff that stood out was Johan, he was super attentive and kind, really nice helpful person. There was another really helpful guy with long hair and beard. But everyone was amazing.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel welcome—offering a warm greeting, a complimentary drink, and even helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . Service was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.❤️❤️❤️🙏👏👏👏👏👏Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personalized. They anticipated my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful location! Inexperienced staff. Dismal room service and a tragic lack of proper concierge services. For example, how to get great tickets, get last-minute reservations, suggest the hidden gems, etc. Very clean and perfect for a visitor who has their days well-planned already. As a seasoned Canadian world traveller, I was shocked by the disconnect of this vibrant, polite, well-intended staff of twenty-somethings with skills for a hostel or chain hotel, but lacking for the Terrass. Excellent english skills by everyone, however. The dining experience was okay, but the restaurant became a selection of appetizers and tacos on the open air bar at night. I wish the front desk has experience to suggest an alternate or even get a car. Expect to self-serve and Uber here. The view from our room was good, the neighborhood is upbeat with some decent restaurants nearby. We loved the little patio and the large double windows we could open and look out. The bathrooms were modern and clean with frosted glass panels set in metal frames. Unfortunately, the showers only offer a hand-held sprayer with low pressure. The heated towel rack and oversize towels were great. The bedding was very good with high quality, clean sheets and comfortable beds. This was a plus. TV options were limited to local cable channels and the Chromecast didn’t work for us, so bring a book or iPad. The rooms are generous with great furniture and artistic elements. It was nice how clean things were.

The hotel was in a great location in Montmartre. The accommodations were a bit tight but comfortable, and the staff was terrific. The rooftop restaurant and bar were great, with a fantastic view, but a bit pricey. The only issue was that the shower water wasn't hot; it was warm, but not hot. Our friends in the other room said the same. However, this would not deter me from staying again. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris!
