It's a decent place, with great staff. The location is good, and the price was right. The room was a bit dirty in the corners and there was mold in the shower. The space was small, especially in the toilet and shower area. The bed was very firm, but you may like that, I didn't, and didn't sleep well. The wifi was good, but only in the lobby. In the room the wifi was very unusable.

Everyone, absolutely everyone on the staff there was very friendly and helpful. The desk staff in particular. One man named Clement was especially helpful. I hope to come back again, soon.

good location, close to everything, the very small room and bathroom super small, a very large person can not enter the shower,

Personnel were wonderful. Will return. Location is good, but strong legs will help.

Had a great time. Second time at this hotel and love location and hotel! Best experience in Paris.

Getting to the hotel was already grueling considering you have to walk a pretty steep hill to get there. That wasn't the worse thing about it however. Location is horrible. The hotel's front door faces a secluded park which is infested with bums and druggies at night, believe me- not a good sight! We paid for the 'superior' suite with a view and got a 10x12 room, bathroom didn't fit 2 ppl. at the same time. Very dirty as well! Me and my husband checked out the very next day even though the stay was already paid for. Absolutely not worth it.

Our third trip to Paris, and this was our best hotel yet! The staff was great, and the view from our room was incredible. Pay for the superior room with a view and you won't regret it!

good place to stay, near by there are nice restaurantes and close to the real parisienne life

The hotel was in a great location and was exactly what we needed. The room was small, but it was cleaned and the linen was changed daily. I would skip the breakfast and head around the corner for a croissant and coffee. If you do decide to stay here, be prepared to ride the metro a lot or walk a lot, as Montmartre is about half an hour from the major tourist sites. Overall this was a great experience for a week in Paris.

Wonderful location, pleasant staff. Rooms are small, but that is to be expected in a old hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning, although 10 euro was kinda high. There was plenty of coffee, bread, juice, cheese, jam and cereals provided. Would chose Montmartre and this hotel again.

Wonderful staff, charming location, no tub, noisy especially on weekends. Could hear morning trash trucks and lots of motorcyclists.

This is really a nice hotel for the price and location but repairs are needed. Bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall, moldy bathroom ceilings, cracked tile, etc.

We got a great deal on this hotel and it is in a great location. The neighborhood is cute. It is really close to the metro and you can walk a short distance to the Sacre Coeur which has great views of the city. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped us with whatever we needed.

My wife and I have spent five nights stay in this hotel as average tourists in Paris. I think that the hotel is excellent for the price we have paid (app. 75$/night for double room). Hotel is located in very nice neighborhood, it is very clean and cosy. The only thing that could have been better was very tiny bathroom, although it was sufficient for us. The staff is very efficient and friendly.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, even upgraded us to a room with a view which was breathtaking. The Eiffle tower right out our window! And there was free internet, they arranged for transportation to the airport, and provided wake up calls. All in all a wonderful experience. we will stay there again. Can't beat the location either- right at the foothills of sacre coeur!

It was a little bit of a hike to get up there but the hotel room was magnificent. We had two balconies. One looked out over Paris and included the Eiffel Tower. The other look up at Sacre Cour. Looking out at Paris when we went to bed and when we woke up was one of the highlights of our trip.
