West End Hotel

West end is a small but nice hotel located in a superb location, one block from avenue Montagne. There is plenty of good locations near the hotel: nice restaurants, pharmacy, carrefour and also few blocks from champs elysee and george V avenues. Personnel is friendly and helpful, trying to help you anytime. Breakfast is very nice, with ample choices of breads, cheeses, hams, juices, mermalades, fruit, and very good coffee and teas. And best of all, is free in all rates. The only thing is that the standard rooms are extremely small. I will recommend to take the junior suite or deluxe rooms, they are beautiful and spacious. The personnel of the hotel was extremely helpful and they wanted to change us room for an extra charge, which we were about to do it, but was a fuss to change room once we were accomodated in our actual room. Wifi is not so good in the rooms, but guess this is a problem in all hotels! I will definitely returned to West End, next time in a deluxe or junior suites which are beautiful.

This is a small hotel, but exceeds in customer service which was huge for a first time traveler to Paris such as myself. We enjoyed our stay from 9/4/2017-9/9/2017 it felt like our home away from home. It's close to several attractions, restaurants, shopping and in a quiet safe area. The room we got was small, but charming with all the necessities. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean with a pleasant aroma throughout that I loved. The staff were amazingly friendly and always willing to help. Also, our stay included breakfast which was delicious (omelettes are available for 5 euros). We loved Paris and can't wait to return. We will definitely be staying at West End again.

Great location, very convenient to shopping. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. I like the decoration of hotel room. Will come again!

Staffs are super friendly and helpful! The hotel is closed to lots of attraction and the restaurants around the hotel taste excellent

Wonderful front desk staff. Very walkable to the Champs Elysees, the Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre but tucked away on a quiet street with many great restaurants.

We loved this hotel! It was a great location all around. It was also very beautiful. We got a free upgrade for being Orbitz Platinum and a free bottle of wine. We absolutely loved our room. The continental breakfast was very simply, but they had nice options for a little extra. It was also no extra cost to have the breakfast delivered to your room. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends in a heart beat.

Great hotel, classic old school Paris. Perfect location.

We bought this hotel stay as part of a package to Europe. This wasn't my first trip to Paris, but my first staying within the more touristy parts of Paris. This hotel is about 2 blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the Champs-Élysées. However, at night it was very quiet and peaceful. The room was a standard European room size, but very clean. It smelled lovely, the bedding and bed were comfortable, the shower and bathroom were spotless, and the room location was perfect. We had the "continental breakfast" each morning. I put it in quotes because it's the best "continental breakfast" I've ever had. Standard fare was about 3-4 types of cheeses, 3-4 types of Charcuterie, fresh fruit salad, 4 types of yogurts, deliciously baked breads, jucies, butter, spreads, etc. You got free tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. You could also order omelettes, hot foods, etc for a minimal price. We ordered room service one night and though the menu was simple, the prices were reasonable and food was good. Staff was VERY friendly-the best. There must have been one guy (a manager I think) that was not very chipper in all my contacts with him (3), but the rest of the staff was so welcoming and friendly, it really made it easy to overlook the one grumpy guy. I would definitely come here again. It was a pleasure being here. I speak conversational European French but my wife doesn't speak French. She had no issue conversing with the staff in English, without feeling embarrassed about it.

Spacious room with large bathroom. Elegant European decore. Staff friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Located near metro stops making it easy to navigate Paris.

The hotel was perfect! They went over a beyond to help us out. Rooms were comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was filling. We would highly recommend and if have the opportunity to return to Paris we will stay there again.

they were very kind and friendly. I am very happy that i chose that hotel because i didn't speak french but they spoke english and that helped. there breakfast was amazing and i really enjoyed there service. Even though our room wasn't ready when i got there they helped us feel comfortable until then and helped us find trains and buses

The staff was very helpful and the location was close to great restaurants and shopping.

Certainly, this is not more than a 3 star hotel. The room is not what is displayed on the website. It is way below what the displayed. The noise level at the hotel is a disaster.

The West End Hotel was a wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Paris. An easy walk to both the Eiffel tower, Sienne River cruises, and the Champs D'Lysee. Very helpful staff and a clean comfortable room made this an excellent experience.

Everything except the wifi was terrific. Location was near the Metro, staff very efficient, room size reasonable and good buffet breakfast. Would return.

Hotel was beautiful. Quiet. Internet in the room was virtually non-existent. The bathroom was fabulous. Complimentary breakfast was fine. Service very efficient and pleasant.

My daughter is taking French. I thought it would be a great experience for her to experience the culture firsthand. This was a great hotel from beginning to end. We loved the attentiveness of the staff. The amenities were awesome and the location was great. We were close to both Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. We had very easy access to two Metro Stations and once we figured out our way around using the Metro was second nature. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. We had a great time!

My wife and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary in Paris. This hotel exceeded expectations. Front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Room was much more comfortable than other European stays of the same description. Room cleanliness was excellent. WiFi was flawless. Breakfast was satisfying. Location was perfect, surrounded by local restaurants and businesses while only a short walk from the major brands on the Rue Montagne and the Champs Ellysees. You can walk or take the Metro 2 to the Louvre, stroll along the Seine or walk to the Eiffel Tower or the Arch from the Hotel.

We planned a mom and daughter trip and this hotel was our favorite and we would love to come back.

The staff were all top class and very helpful. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. You could actually see it from your hotel balcony, all the nights and all. Two thumbs up.
