The Space:
This is a well-appointed apartment in one of Paris's most prestigious neighbourhoods. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds with superior quality mattresses. The first bedroom faces the courtyard and the second faces the street. The living room has a sofa-bed. Both full bathrooms feature a shower and toilet and are accessible via the hallway. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A clothes washer is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
A refundable damage deposit of €1,000 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The lift operates normally in almost all cases but may periodically require brief maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:
Positioned in the elegant 8th arrondissement between the Place de la Madeleine and the Gare Saint-Lazare, this apartment sits in one of the most well-connected and refined parts of the Right Bank. The neighbourhood has a distinctly Parisian grandeur, with wide Haussmann boulevards, beautiful stone facades and a mix of grand hotel particuliers and discreet luxury boutiques. The Place de la Madeleine is a short walk away, home to the celebrated food shops Fauchon and Hédiard, as well as flower market stalls and the neoclassical Madeleine church. The Opera Garnier and the grands magasins of the Boulevard Haussmann, including Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, are equally close.
For those here on business or pleasure, the location is excellent. The Champs-Élysées, the Élysée Palace and the embassies of the 8th are all within easy walking distance.
