The Space:
This is a well-appointed apartment in one of Paris's most prestigious neighbourhoods. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds with superior quality mattresses. The first bedroom faces the courtyard and the second faces the street. The living room has a sofa-bed. Both full bathrooms feature a shower and toilet and are accessible via the hallway. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A clothes washer is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

The flat is good enough but condition needs host to take care of plenty of details about order, cleaning, proper working of appliances, very old utensils and other kitchen stuff. Also install handle for drawers of main bathroom, etc, etc. The key point is that owner/host MUST CHECK IT. We are not at their service as it seems reporting what had to be done.
The apartment had two spacious bathrooms and two comfortable beds. The living room and dinning area were very welcoming. We found the toaster did not work or we couldn't make it work. One other negative is getting the keys from a place a number of blocks away from the residence. with luggage it was a challenge so we had our taxi stop and then go on to the address. The vidios provided were very hellpful! All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

L’hôte a été très aimable et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages. L’emplacement de la propriété est excellent. L’appartement est spacieux, avec deux chambres, un canapé-lit au besoin, deux salles de bain complètes et une grande cuisine. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et la cuisine est parfaitement fonctionnelle. J’y retournerais sans hésiter et je recommande vivement cette propriété.
