Clean and nice hotel with a good staff! Good location to visit Montmartre. Ask the room with the balcony with the view to rue Berne. Because I had a room with out balcony and hear a noise from railway station. The breakfast was tasty. Hotel proposed transfer to the airport which was much more cheaper than taxi! I was in a 3 hotels in a Paris but this was the best from them.
I was looking for a centrally located hotel in Paris within walking distance of the Gare du Nord and the Louvre. The purpose of my stay was to visit Versailles and the Louvre with my companion who uses a wheelchair. This hotel is welli situated and very adequate for wheelchair use, although there is a step up from the pavement. The bedroom and bathroom were both of a good size, although for a wheelchair user the taps on the basin were not too easy to reach as they were set quite far back. The dining room was down two flights of stairs and not accessible for her. However, I was invited to collect breakfast and bring it back to the bedroom which was very satisfactory. Other than that it suited our needs very well and I would happily go there again. Generally a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you!
Great location for Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge and Galleries Lafayette (shoppers paradise!) The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are very professional. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices for both food and drink. We had the pleasure of having a balcony in our room which was greatly appreciated and my mum and I spent our first afternoon eating bread and cheese and drinking some fabulous French red wine. We would definitely come back to the Berne Opera and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Hopefully we will be back.
stayed here for two nights. arrived on the Monday morning to be informed I was upgraded to double room. the room was spacious and very clean. the hotel is in an ideal location for everything. The metro station is a five minute walk from the hotel. Its also close to a major bus route connecting the Arc de Triomphe and Montmartre. This was my sixth stay at this hotel
It's within walking distance of St. Lazare train station. There's also a lovely sushi place called Tachibana just down the street. The staff was lovely and their bath products were really great too. Plenty of shopping in the area also. Super close to the metro.
Whilst in the main this hotel was very good they were a few off putting things. Despite advertising about 50 TV channels around 20 of them did not work. The air conditioning worked fine for about a day and a half then mysteriously stopped working. I assume that it was turned off by the hotel to save money and meant that a window had to be left open at night resulting in the intrusion of traffic noise. Finally, beware when ordering a taxi at the hotel. It turned out not to be an official Paris taxi but a private hire firm. This meant that it could not use bus / taxi lanes and took more than double the normal time to get to our destination. Finally the taxi fare was 19 Euro to Gare du Nord,(an official Paris taxi costs about half this) which was more more than a notice in the hotel foyer was stating for journey to either Charles de Gaulle or Orly airports despite only being a fraction of the distance
Conveniently situated near the Gare St Lazare and Rome Metro this hotel is well placed for tourists. The local area is replete with cafe's and restaurants (as well as lots of musical instrument makers). The rooms are well equipped and airy. The breakfast is pleasant but I would struggle to see how it justifies the €16 charge.
The location of the hotel is convinient which is close to subway and downtown. Room and bad is clean, the facility is fine and new. The staff in reception is warmed and patient to answer my questions, I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends.
When you went or go gare du nord/ est station, i recommend this hotel. Location is very good for any station and montmarte. And hotel staff are very kindly. 한국에서 예약하고 간건데 관광지와는 좀 떨어져 있지만 파리에서 이정도 호텔이면 좋은 것 같아요!
Great location at affordable price and near metro and parking. We liked this hotel as it was convenient: close to metro, secure parking around the corner in a spacious parking garage. The breakfast did not look very attractive but there are places for coffee & croissants very close by. It was also nice to sit on the little terras .
