Superb 2-bedroom flat completely renovated in January 2023, extremely well located in the heart of Paris, only a few steps from rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, many trendy shops, restaurants, cafés and the best French bakeries.
Professionally decorated, warm, bright and fully equipped, my flat is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.

Flat of 45m2, fully air-conditioned, located on the 4th floor without lift, comprising:
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds
- 1 living room with 2-seater sofa bed
- 1 dining area

- 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher)
- 2 bathrooms with shower

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

This flat is located in the centre of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very lively shopping streets, known for their many cafés and restaurants.

It is 900 metres from the Grevin Museum, 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera. Beautiful studio apartment completely renovated and air-conditioned, very well located.
