Few male staffs are little bit not friendly to international travelers. For example, They spoke laud to me while 3 persons in a very small elevator ( Max. 4 persons). and I was told I can't do this and that. Females Staffs are nice. Read carefully about the breakfast charge, When I checked in they told me the breakfast was included in the room fee but I was charged $20 per person per day when I checked out. The room is very small, only good for couple.

Great position and nice hotel, but overpriced

The hotel is lovely, the location idea as its fairly central, the staff attentive. However we decided to spend a little bit more money on our accomodation, our stay was over £1000+ for three nights and I didnt think the facilities warrented that money. The pool is small, more for relaxing which is fine but it was too cold. The gym only has three pieces of equipment and no aircon, and its underground so very hot. The room athough nicely decorated felt quite small, the same with the bathroom where the toilet was so close to the sink/vanity unit you couldn't use the toilet roll holder as it was behind you under the sink. We had a small balcony but surrounded by walls, so on the plus side the room was dark at night and quiet. For these reasons alone we felt it was over priced. But a lovely stay none the less

Elia, the owner was amazing on both the front end and the back end of our. Cruise. He had great recommendations for places to eat and visit. He helped us with our luggages when we booked private water taxis. I would without any reservation, highly recommend this hotel!!

This was a beautiful property and we had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed every minute of our vacation. It is certainly not my first time in Paris so I have stayed in many Parisian hotels, this perhaps was my favorite.

Our stay was amazing—from when we first checked in and were “welcomed home,” to the recommendations for restaurants, to having our shopping items delivered to the hotel—the service was exceptional. We had one upgraded room and one basic room, would definitely get the upgraded room (because we WILL be staying here on future Paris trips!) The turn down service in the evening with snacks was a special treat we didn’t expect—10 star stay!

Concierge service was phenomenal. Personable, professional and very attentive. Location was excellent and amenities did not disappoint. However, breakfast was not to the standards that one would think this nice luxury boutique hotel would expect. Linen was not of the best quality unfortunately and these things do make a difference.

Nice affordable hotel in a good location which is about a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and 5 mins from Place Vendome. Quite small which is nice but doesn’t have a bar and breakfast was quite limited. Staff are really friendly and helpful.. we booked a “balcony room” but unfortunately the balcony opened on to an internal light well so no view..
