Great location, however there were some many things broken in the house. The toilet seat was broken couldn’t sit without feeling like sliding off. Door handles would fall off the doors. Could not shut the door to the master as the door frame was broken. The washer/dryer was broken, unable to use which was a selling point.

Great Location

This apartment is in a great area so overall we were happy with our stay, but there are a few things I would like to point out and also recommend. First, the description is not clear on the bathrooms, for us folks in the US a shower also means a toilet, but for this apartment there were two showers and only one toilet. The pictures show that, but we took that to mean, two "bathrooms" and one separate toilet. The upstairs bedroom is a loft with a 4-foot ceiling, you cannot stand up. There were 4 of us staying for 5 days, when we arrived there were 4 waters, 4 coffees and 4 rolls of toilet paper, that's it. Totally fine except there was no information to find a nearby store. No information in the apartment on how to use the washer/dryer. Regardless, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean and as I said before, location, location, location.

Perfect Paris Immersion

The apartment was just as described but they left out the wonderful facts that the windows were 15 feet high with gorgeous new woodwork! The curved staircase in the building was made of centuries of aging which gave it a historically Parisian authenticity. The courtyard outside the building was a private oasis. Thanks for a great visit which we are sure to book again.

Location location location! Perfectly situated to easily explore many parts of Paris. The apartment itself is easy to access and was comfortable for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Well appointed amenities and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
