Property was a great location-close to transit and dining options. Rooms were very small (we just came off a cruise and I believe my standard cruise room was bigger) and the shower doors leaked water so our floor was always wet after shower. The staff was mainly ok except the last front person we dealt with who was short with us. Not friendly at all.

Was great for us

We had a family room, which it turned out we didn't need as some guests had cancelled, but we were glad for the extra space. It was on the top floor and had a loft area with a skylight, which was cool. We didn't try the breakfasts so can't speak to that. The customer service was great. Downside was that the lift didn't actually go all the way to the top floor (not a big deal, but you should be aware), one of the beds (that we didn't use) seemed a little jenky, and parts of the carpet looked like they'd had some staining/spillage in the past that I chose to overlook. Location was in a quieter part of Paris, but still enough going on and close enough to get where you want to go.

Very nice location, close to several bus and subway line. Also close to many stores and restaurants. But the neighborhood itself is quiet and feels safe. Rooms are a little small but very functional, well decorated, with good AC and many small extras. Staff available and helpful

Staff and hotel were lovely, really enjoyed our stay there and really good location for travelling on the metro. Only critique is that the distance to noteworthy attractions is not as advertised, for example, we were told 9 minutes to reach the Eiffel tower and in reality it was more like 25. But overall, great place!

Enjoyed our stay here, it was a little bit dated decor but clean, the room was small but made good use of the space. Reception staff were very friendly. Ideally situated close to the underground, really easy to get around whilst being in a quiet area.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, air conditioned! Will get you ice if you ask at front desk. Room was comfortable and clean. Only issue we encountered was at check-in, arrived 1 hour early was told room not ready which was no problem. Went to a coffee shop in the immediate area. Told come back in an hour, then told would be another hour. Otherwise stay was perfect.

Paris Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable (not too hard or soft). There was an odd odor coming into our room. Shower had great water pressure. The location is great for walking around the area and getting to the train.
