The best part of this hotel is being close to eifell tower as close do dimplex metro station which is about 5 stops to trocadero station where you can view the majestic tower... there's a Chinese resto near by a pizza place a pub and subway sandwich bar and further down a Starbucks and macdonald and local shops for you grocery needs.... oh the hotel! Right! Small rooms clean bathroom thou shower enclosure can be improved, they replace the sheets well and fresh towel, good housekeeping but the location is great! Free breakfast the fruits salad was straight from the can, loads of kind of Cheese coffee is great... hotel lobby was clean and very helpful staff and they speak English.... it's a 3 star hotel but it's a winner for its location !

Clean, friendly and conveniently situated budget hotel just 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and 5 minutes from a Metro station. Ideal for those on a short trip to Paris.A good base to explore the city.

A great find! I found the room charming and the bathroom was modern and extremely clean. The staff at the desk were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is on a quiet street but near to cafes and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, fridge was weak in cold, room nice A/C(we were there during a heat blast), breakfast was great except no fresh fruit, had canned fruit, but we grabbed an apple on the street- had eggs, meats, nice morning breads, yogurts, juices and a latte machine, we even packed a bagel to go for the road- we have two children- staircases small with luggage for sure, two different elevators, the front desk guy failed to tell us that we have to take the right elevator to get to our room. So with all of our luggage, we had to figure that we had to go back down to the lobby, and go to the back elevator to get to our room. The desk clerk just kind of nodded and mumbled something. We are early risers to go running- lack of coffee anywhere was a bummer, but such is life in another country. Coming back from our morning run, we had to pound on the lobby door to wake up the night attendant to let us back in as they keep the doors locked until maybe 6 or 7am. Problem checking out, took over 20 minutes, but again, the price we paid for Paris, the location, breakfast and cleanliness of the room, we would stay again for sure!! Nearby grocery stores, restaurants and close to the nearest metro

The hotel is close to everything, without being crowded or inaccessible. Close to Eifflel tour without being crowed or touristy. A very walkable area. Staff was nice and very helpful. The room was quaint. There was no view, but the furniture was nice. It was definitely not a fleabag motel or a luxury suite. Solid middle of the road accommodations with great access. The included breakfast buffet was substantial as well. I would definitely book to stay again. The value was outstanding.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, as well as to the 42 bus, which will take you to a lot of the cannot miss destinations in Paris. There are several cafes handy, again within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy. Once you get your bearings you will be very happy with the location. The hotel also felt like it was in a safe area, no pickpockets that we saw, just tourists and a few locals heading to and from work. The staff was incredible and helpful, very polite and friendly. They also seem very competent, which is sometimes even better. The breakfast was tasty and their coffee was better than at any of the other hotels we stayed at.

This is a great hotel. Simple, but with good restaurants nearby and great transport links. Good for Disneyland with a metro ride and RER, plus only 12 mins from Eiffel Tower. Good breakfast with good pastries, meat etc....

I stayed there twice. Is not a 5 st hotel, but is very very well positioned, good food for breakfast, clean, near to Dupleix metro station and having a loooot of restaurants around. Very accessible and was not sa expensive: only 66/nite, breakfast included. Large rooms, well equipped and functional bathroom. I recommend it.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and a nice size. The rooms are fairly recently renovated, but the furniture a bit run down The neighborhood is nice. Easy acces via metro to midtown, close to the Eiffel Tower, but quit. Has a market nearby on weekends, and lots of really good food shopping close by. And also a variety of nice cafe's and restaurants

We stayed here for 4 nights, however I accidentally made the booking for one person. My wife and I were told that I would have to pay $50 euro per person per night, and refused to allow us to speak to the manger to discuss another option. To add insult, a two person room was still available for on 77 euro, but they absolutely refused to allow us to cancel or modify my current room in anyway and just pay the additional 12 euro difference for the additional person. I was forced to pay the 65 euro original price plus 50 euro (115 euro) per night before they allowed me to check in. Eventually the next day another receptionist agreed to reduce it to 30 euro per night, which is is still unethical when they have rooms available at a lower rate. The attendants always had a very smug look on their faces and never were friendly or helpful. Upon checking out we asked if we could leave our luggage for a few hours, the attendant told us to leave it on the floor by the exit door. When we asked if he could put in a locked room, he just frowned and turned away in his desk. After our check in experience I would not trust these people with anything, so we just carried our luggage with us. The hotel has an old musty smell and the carpets need to be replaced. The only thing this place has going for it is its location to the Duplex metro and Eiffel Tower. Also be aware there is another hotel with a similar name "Beaugrenville Saint Charles" that appears to have better reviews. Their overall attitude and willingness to take advantage of their customers at any chance cast a bad experience for our stay in Paris.
