This is a 34 room boutique hotel in the 11th arrondissement. The staff was outstanding. They always greeted us with a smile and a bonjour or bon soir. They were very helpful with directions each day as we planned our activities for the day. The rooms were very modern and fresh and were cleaned very good each day. We had good WIFi service and always had hot water. The storage space in the rooms was small but probably the same as most hotels. There was 24 hour free coffee and tea in the lobby. Ten minute walk to Metro. We loved our 8 days at Hotel Fabric and would return if the opportunity presents itself

Great hotel in a pretty well centralized location. Close to le Marais, multiple metro stations, and great restaurants. Our room was small but perfect and the amenities are fantastic. Wife had a massage and loved it and breakfast was good. Would definitely go back!

Hotel Fabric is a generally nice place and a very good experience with a few pitfalls. Climate control is one issue. Despite a thermostat in your room that appears to be user controlled, a central system controls temperature and there is nothing you can do to adjust it. During our November stay, our room was always too hot in the evenings, and we could not turn off the heater. The front desk staff was no help. We had to open our windows to keep it cool enough to sleep. This resulted in flying insects in our room while we slept, which was no fun. Thankfully, the hotel is on a very quiet street and we were facing the rear, so noise was no issue. The breakfast buffet was large and nice, but it was expensive and exactly the same each day. Better food for less money is available at nearby restaurants or the delightful bakery on the corner. The Oberkampf district is convenient and fun, and there's a lot to like about Hotel Fabric, but because of the climate control issue, I might look for different lodging for my next stay in Paris.

Wonderful hotel and neighborhood! Great service, friendly staff - definitely be back

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great room (best shower I have ever had in my life!). Free coffee and hot chocolate which was nice at the end of a long day walking. Very close to the tube. All in all an excellent experience!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and she l rd the shower and cozy room.the sd taff was extremely helpful to what ever needs we had.

Nice hotel, friendly staff but front desk people not very knowledgeable about Paris attractions, directions, etc. one of them almost made us miss our Eoristar train to London by misinforming us that there was no passport control! Luckily I was skeptical and double checked and allowed enough time.

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic care going into everything they do. ALL of the staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. Our room was beautifully maintained. My wife and I were treated so well; the staff is not intrusive but are friendly and willing to assist in any way to make the stay more enjoyable. In short, we spent a week in Paris and I cannot imagine having a better experience any place else.

Cool section of Paris, excellent staff, and great rooms for an affordable price.

Located a bit off the beaten path so it wasn't as easy to use the metro as it could have been but we loved it overall and ended up just walking a lot rather than trying to find the right metro station. We were only there 2 nights and we fit it everything we'd hoped! Did a small group tour of the Louvre with wine tasting the first night which was amazing! Did the hop on, hop off bus the next day and toured Notre Dame, Arch de Triumph and Montmartre then did an evening tour which included dinner on the Eiffle Tour, a 1 hour cruise down the Seine and Moulin Rouge. Oh, yeah...and engaged! Hotel staff was agreeable and helpful in every way!

Great to hear that you liked our location which is, indeed, central yet not touristy with a lot of restaurants and several metro stations closeby. Dear Costumer, Thank you very much for posting your review on your stay at Hotel Fabric. We are very pleased that you liked the decor of the hotel: as you said, the Hotel Fabric was an old textile mill decorated with modern and old amenities to welcome costumers. I apologize for the issue with the temperature. Every room has a thermostat and of course you can control temperature: from october to april we have the heater; the central system changes on spring to became air conditioner. In case it is very hot into the room, we always recommend not turn off the heater because you turn off the fan speed too. It is better to get off the temperature to 15°C to evite it. Regarding our location, the hotel is situated in a central area and we are well-connected by metro to all the main sights of Paris. Indeed, we are situated in a not very touristic area, however at a walking distance from Bastille et le Marais. Fortunately we have many very good restaurants around the hotel that we love to recommend to our guests. The buffet breakfast is served every day from 7 to 11 am. We select the best products of the season for our guests that appreciates it due to its variety and quality. Of course, your feedback is very important to us. For this reason, I propose you to contact me directly to book your next stay in Paris. I really hope to welcome you again at the Hotel Fabric, My best reagards, Floriana
