No complementary water in the room. You have to pay for the water or go into the lobby where they had glasses of water with mint leaf
The great location by district and off of main. The property is nice, although a touch worn (the bar/restaurant area especially), but acceptable. The rooms are nice - and the large for Europe bathrooms very nice. But, it is the people that really make it wonderful!
Great stay. The hotel was quiet and friendly. Staff did an incredible job to make you welcome. The cleaning staff lacked on providing plastic drinking cups, and the maid threw away my wife’s toothbrush. Both issues were immediately supplied to the room. If your are looking for an excellent experience in Paris, this hotel was wonderful. Staff at the front desk were always respectful and well trained
Chuffing was my day today I cannot do it again for me your address and
Overall great hotel perfectly located. Staff were hot.
The hotel was in a good location and was within walking distance of a couple of Metro stops. It made getting around Paris very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had good recommendations for good restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. It was a fusion of American and European style breakfasts: eggs, hash browns and bacon along with croissants and pastries. I thought our breakfast was complimentary. When we checked in, the front desk told us breakfast hours but didn't tell us there was a fee. So it was a shock when we checked out that we were charged an extra 90 euros. They did waive the last day but still they should have been clear from the beginning. The other complaint is that our room was off to the side on a floor with only 4 other rooms. The hall lights were controlled by motion sensors that were constantly off even during the day. The carpet was old and frayed. It felt like we were in the servants quarters because the rest of the hotel was nicer and did not have these motion controlled lights in the hall. The staff was friendly and helpful but the area itself was not as bustling with energy like Montparnasse and shuts down after 9pm. With the exception of the breakfast, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Dear Guests, Thank you very much for sharing your experience at the Villa Beaumarchais. For your information, we will change some more carpets soon and the motion controlled light system is on in all the corridors of the hotel. It is to avoid to have to press on a button when you are carrying several luggage. I am sorry if you did not enjoy our area which is more animated at night if you are going in direction of Oberkampf, a few meters from here. With kind regards, Virginie B., the manager.
Dear Guests, A huge thank you for this great comment and note ! With warmest regards, Virginie B., the manager.
