This 3 bedroom apartment is close to the banks of the Seine, Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. It can sleep up to 6 guests.

With Parquet flooring through, this apartment is located on the 6th floor, with an elevator to the entrance.

LIVING & DINING AREA
This eye-catching living area has an ornate chandelier light and accompanying mirror. There is a large bookcase, with trinkets and ornaments along the left hand wall. There is also a grey sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table in the centre. Fern plants and various picture frames decorate the room.

There are French doors leading out on to a balcony as well.

On the right of the room, is the dining area, with a table and chairs to seat 6 guests. There is a side table as well. Double doors lead through to the bedroom.

FIRST BEDROOM
This bedroom has a calming atmosphere, with a double bed, bedside table, art on the walls, house plants and a mirrored wardrobe.

BALCONY
The balcony looks over the surrounding area, with a table and chairs to sit and relax outside.

KITCHEN
This bright, white kitchen has a dining table and chairs in the centre of the room. The room is surrounded with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with gas hob, fridge, and microwave. Please note, there is no freezer.

BATHROOM
This bathroom has white tiles with navy blue detailing. There is a bath, with overhead shower, basin and mirror.

THIRD BEDROOM
This bedroom has grey panelling on the surrounding walls. There are two single beds. There is also a desk with chair, mirrored wardrobe and various framed artwork. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.

Comfortable apartment in residential area

Comfortable well-furnished apartment, 10 mins walk to nearest metro and 20 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. Great location for those wanting to be in the residential area of the 16th rather than in the more central tourist areas

Property was perfect. Nice neighborhood, very secure and safe. Fridge has odor. No kitchen towled or paper towles or napkins. The rest of evetything was beyond wonderful.

Wonderful location. Unit itself was nice. Poor treatment from Veeve and Vrbo

I attempted to contact Vrbo directly to review these issues, but there is no way to do so. Even tried "chat" . Issues: Veeve misrepresented early check in ability; overcharged for and miscommunicated with airport transport; not enough towels; hot water issues; only one waste basket in unit; dust bunnies under beds; misrepresentation of "en-suite bathroom". We were there for a week. Veeve had shown its unprofessionalism prior to arrival. Given this low level of service, we paid WAY too much for the stay at this location.
