Service from staff was excellent! Rooms were spacious, ac was in full gear for the latest heatwave. I do not mind that the hotel is a bit far from the city center for a much larger room with ac. The negative for this hotel is the location, there are just too many homeless near the hotel that makes it not worth moving around on the metro system with three small children in tow. I will not be staying here again.

Corner room - 2nd floor over looking a y-intersection of a very busy pedestrian area

First of all I booked because I usually stay at Novotel. But this Novotel can be something I will not definitely not return. Pro: Clean, Cheap , Confortable bed, Con: Bad location, A lot of homeless people by the road to the hotel. Not good for family ! Staff is not friendly. Just doing their job. Location is far from central. No room service

My family and I liked the hotel. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was working fine.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Uber was always within 3-5 mins or when we wanted to take the train its a short walk. There are shops, close by. The only thing that bothered me was that it is a club next door to hotel and on friday and saturday its loud. There was a few games that my daughters enjoyed in th lobby and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in the worst area of paris, if possible avoid staying there! The area has lots of trash all over and isn't safe for families with kids. & Theres a lot of Discrimination towards Americans.

This was my first time to France and, unfortunately, I wasn't aware that this area is not considered Paris...especially, since it brands itself as Paris Nord. When I told locals where I was staying, they were puzzled as to why I chose to stay there. I didn't fault them. Literally right across the street from the hotel is a camp of homeless people in tons of tents, which presumably causes this awful aroma. Make a right turn after reaching the main streets outside of the hotel and you're overlooking a depressing shantytown of refugees. Novotel usually has a pretty impeccable record for their properties, so I'm not sure why they invested in this property. As simple as it may sound, this really jaded my view of both them and France. I'm the event I do decide to give it another shot, I'm staying far away from here.

Magnifique. Great staff. Convenient location. I recommend it to all my friends.

Easy access to the subway, only a 20 minute train ride into the city. Right off the freeway, parking was a breeze.

Dear Hector, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely,
