Super nice staff. Room was bigger than expected. Great breakfast. Very close to main train stations!! At night outside the property surroundings a little bit rough, but it surpass my expectations.
The toilet floor need to be changed.the quality of it has degraded and dirty. But other than that is in normal condition
The Breakfast was very good quality , The room was clean and tidy
Very close to the East Station. A subway station is right below. Very convenient location. Most of the staffs (except one) are excellent.

Upon checking in was informed they only had single beds. When trying to used the card key to gain entry to my hotel it did not work. Took the elevator back down from the 8th floor, where I was sent back up with another key. When that didn't work, one of the staff came up to the door and tried to reprogram the key. When I asked if they had any other rooms they could switch me to, they said the hotel was fully booked. I then went back down to the lobby where I waited for 5-10 minutes, before staff said they'd put us in another room of a guest that hadn't checked in yet. Horrible experience; all the more when your extremely tired. We'll see how the breakfast is in the morning...
