Apartment was not cleaned from previous guests when we arrived. Was not cleaned until the next day. Had to call Jerome to get entry codes for the two front entrances and the apartment number.

Overall very good experience. We enjoyed eating at the pizzeria downstairs one evening. Nice neighborhood. In the shower room, it would be nice to have a place other than the towel warmer to hang/set toiletries and/or clothing.

Nice park across the street, comfy beds, loved the blackout shades. Shower’s main function sprayed the entire bathroom wet, hot water was limited. A few block’s walk and kind of a long metro ride to the major sites— no big deal for adults, but a little far for younger kids. Good use of small space. Mostly quiet except one very late weekend party.

Clean and cozy property

The place was cozy and warm. Very convenient location to shopping and public transportation. Rooms were spacious. Only complaint was they were doing renovations to the apt in the next building so there was noise and knocking on the wall during our time of stay.

Great location, functional apartment

This is a cute spot, a short walk from Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysee, and Metro. A great launching point for all things Paris. The hosts were remarkably responsive to issues of insufficient towels and bedding; the concierge who delivered them was very kind and helpful. Free Nespresso pods were welcome and the welcoming bottle of wine was insanely good. Guests should recognize that this apartment is a unit in a condo above a restaurant and sound filtering is not fantastic. There seemed to be a wedding celebration right under me the first night and a neighbor playing loud music the next. These things wouldn't dissuade me from renting the space again, but I'd bring earplugs next time. The inconvenience is offset by the availability and responsiveness of the host.
