I've stayed here twice (1.5 years apart), and will be staying again in a few weeks. Location: Excellent Hotel quality: Wonderful Staff: Very good This hotel is close to the Eiffel tower (20 minute walk through a nice residential neighborhood with cute bistros and restaurants). The walk in itself is pleasant as you get to experience the non-touristy Paris. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and modern. We generally opt in for high end brand name hotels (to avoid surprises), but this hotel is an exception that delivers quality and value that we are choosing it over other mainstream options for the 3rd time. The staff is very helpful also - when there was a problem with our booking, the staff spent a lot of time helping us and working with the travel agent that made the mistake. There are also really great non-touristy restaurants about 5 minutes away by foot - so we really enjoy that.

This place was great: my room was clean and cool, there's a nice little bar in the lobby for hanging out and relaxing, all the staff members I saw were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. I picked this place because it's an easy walk from there to the French Open at Roland Garros. But it turns out it's also close to a ton of other things: the Seine is a quarter-mile away, and walking along that takes you to the Eiffel Tower, Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, Notre Dame. I would stay here next time I'm in Paris, even if I'm not going to Roland Garros.

Hotel staff was excellent but room bathroom was a disaster. The sink was clogged, and the shower leaked out.

I stayed there for one night before returning to the US. Very clean, comfortable and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. I arrived early vs. 1pm and they couldn't let me do an early check in unlike the other hotels. The staff were very courteous and friendly however, they couldn't offer any useful help when it came to the ride to the airport. Most hotels have shuttles that takes a few people at the time, this hotel would offer a ride that was more expensive than regular taxis in Paris. That was the only down side. Also, no coffee machine or hotel water boiler in the room.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and chic. Nice receptionists and cleaning ladies. Room available early. Just missed a tea pot, cups and tea bags in the room and extra towels by the pool.

Not a lot here to find fault with. The front desk people were helpful and always cheerful. Breakfast staff and barman all great. Lots of interesting design elements with no compromise in utility. The guest room was large by European/Paris experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. A small exercise room. The steam room / sauna are fantastic. Beyond what you would anticipate in such a small property. The only downside was that the 16th does not offer the range and depth of restaurants that other parts of Paris have. Plenty of adequate restaurants in walking distance. But I didn't experience one that was remarkable. Of course you can't try them all in one week.
