Disliked: Cleanliness
Not good! The heating was on constant with no thermostat. We got very little sleep due to being so hot. Showering was a nightmare, the hot water only come out in a trickle. There was no happy medium, it was either freezing or boiling. We also weren’t told the top bedroom ceiling is very low so you can’t stand up. The curtains for this room were not wide enough for the windows so not private at all. These windows were also nailed shut which meant we couldn’t open them to help with the heating situation. I emailed studio prestige multiple times but nothing was done. The apartment looks tired (socket hanging of the wall, bedroom light broken, very old toilet seat, dirt and pubic hair on the bathroom skirting board) and is also in need of a deep clean. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for studio prestige to get back to me with an offer of compensation as the first offer of 115 (the cleaning fee) is not acceptable!
