Excellent customer services, very good location close to the metro and easy to travel around the city

This was a nice little hotel in on a quiet safe street just one block from a major metro line to get you anywhere you wanted in Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. A great value for the money.

This hotel is in a great location with tons of great food and patisseries nearby. Also being less than a block from the Rome metro station makes it extremely easy to get around the city from here. The room had a very comfortable bed and was really quite. The hotel has a nice quaint and local feel and for the price it was incredible. This hotel might not the place to go to if your looking for an extremely decidant Paris experience, but if you'd rather spend your extra money on food and fun things to do in the city then I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here for five nights in May 2015. Room and bath were spacious by European standards. Air conditioning and wifi both worked well. Two separate Metro stations within a 3-5 minute walk. Not really in the center of things, but within walking distance of Pigalle, and there are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The only problem I had was some rumbling from trains- not quite as bad as I expected given the proximity to the rail lines into Sainte Lazarre, but still noticeable.

To be perfectly honest, my first impression of our room wasn't that great, the reason being that the carpet was extremely soiled in one area and the shower had some mold in the caulking. However, the rest of the room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable and we also had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. I saw 2 other rooms while there and both were spotless, including the carpets. The room was quite small but probably normal by Parisian standards, and we were not in Paris to stay in the hotel room- so the size did not matter. Packing space was a little limited but we had a little bar fridge and coffee making facilities and the free internet was great. The hotel also had a coffee machine downstairs where you could make yourself a free coffee after 10.30am and often they also had free pastries. It is about 200m from the Rome metro station, which is very convenient for most of the sights. I would definitely stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was always very helpful and accommodating. She changed our room when requested. Unfortunately, the bed was a little too firm for us.

Hotel staff is extremely helpful. The hotel location is very convenient. It is only a 5 minute walk to Metro Rome. Room is very clean and spacious for European standard. Would stay here again.

Real cheap, Nice design, very calm, really good value,

The hotel was comfortable and modern ... and quite close to 2 metro stations. The rooms were small, but chic. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our sothward-facing room was fantastic, especially on the snowy nights.

A very tidy, fres,h boutique hotel in the Opera district. Convenient to transportation (including Roissybus to/from CDG airport) and within walking distance of many of the "must-sees". An exceptional value!

I wanted to explore Paris and walk around, so the location of the hotel allowed me to do that. I could go walking to Montmartre and Champs Elysees very easily and I felt more confortable when I went back, because the hotel is in a very calm area, it's not crowded or noisy at all. The top floors have an incredible view and the employees were all very nice. The only bad thing that comes to my mind is that internet is not very good from the lobby, but you can still get wi fi from your room. Also, breakfast could have some fresh fruit or veggies.

It was a great hotel with a great location in a wonderful part of paris. I was there on buisness and the staff were wonderful.

Nice Hotel, 15mn walk to Roissy Bus to CDG. Right next to St Lazare but no train noise.

It was wonderful very pleasant staff beautiful room and hotel at a qreat price

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days during our trip to Paris. The rooms are a little on the small side, but perfect if you're going to be out exploring all day. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The hotel is also a 2 minute walk from the Rome Metro Station (Line 2), which is great for getting around. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, small hotel near Gare St Lazare. Very good value

This hotel is very comfortable by any standard, and has an excellent relationship between price and quality. The hotel is within 200 meters of 2 metro stations and a train station. As long as you use the metro, you'll have no problem getting to all the major sites within a few minutes. If you book in advance, ask for a room with a view of the Eifel Tower .... It's magical at night!

This is a super hotel for adults, small but very clean with excellent, attentive service. The staff goes out of its way to meet your needs. Location is also terrific. Short walk to many key areas and one block from the Metro which gets you all around the city. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We visited Paris for our wedding anniversary. The hotel staff all spoke english very well. The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions and gave great directions as well as helpful hints on where to eat. The hotel is located a block away from a metro station where you can get to wherever you need in Paris. The hotel is equipped with internet access which is very convenient and the free breakfast was also good. My only complaint is they serve the same items for breakfast everyday, a little variety would have been nice. The hotel looks exactly as it does in the pictures and you can definately tell it was just renovated it was like staying in a brand new property. The rooms are not as big as we're used to in the US however they were very comfortable. All the major landmarks are less than 15 min away via metro ride. I would definately stay here again.
