For my birthday we went to Paris for 3 nights and found this hotel on booking.com. What a find, great location, the staff were really friendly and helpful and our room was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel to couples and people heading to Paris for a short break.

Just came back from Paris and tried out this hotel for 3 nights. Location: nice location at place du Madeleine. Some restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, boulangeries near by. Lobby: quiet and empty lobby. Looks a bit dusty. Should be renovated to improve first impressions. Too bad since rooms and service are better then what the lobby indicated. Rooms: first night I got the single King bed at the attic. Room was very small. Bed was comfortable, furnitures were simple, but gave the room a clean and modern feel. Bathroom was of a good size, and well equipped. Water pressure was very good Third night, since my cousin came over. They moved me to a bigger room with two twin beds. Same simple but modern furnitures, but better size. Service: receptionists concierge were quite friendly and helpful.

A quick weekend break to Paris and you need a location that's easy to get to and in the centre of it all. This hotel was perfect and our room was spacious considering it's in the city centre. You can easily walk to the Parisian sights from here, or there is a metro stop just at the end of the road. We went out for breakfast each morning and watched the world go by which was just lovely! Thanks for having us :)

Between my husband and I, we have stayed here 5 times since 2016. We've always liked it because of the location but our last visit was really disappointing. We stayed for 2 nights this time. Upon checking in, we realised the springs in my mattress were spoilt so there was no support on one side of the bed. They were full so couldn't offer another room until the next evening, by which time it wasn't worth the hassle. But what made that evening truly awful was that housekeeping had left a wet and obviously used pillow case on my opened suitcase, on top of my CLEAN clothes. We called housekeeping and he came right away looking suitably horrified. He said they will send someone to apologise/explain. No such apology came. Upon checking out the next morning, the front desk staff acknowledged (but did not apologise for) the incident and we again said we were expecting an explanation/apology and asked if he had my husband's email on record. He said yes. To date, no apology. We are disgusted with that unhygienic error but more by the indifference. Terrible service.

Booked in advance having never been to Paris. This hotel is well position to visit most popular sights in the City, all within walking distance. Weather was kind and there was so much to see by day and at night especially at this time of year. Disappointed that the hotel bar was not open on Sunday or Monday night.

Rooms were small as expected from a Parisian hotel. Cleaning ladies sometimes put new toiletries, sometimes they dont! All staff are soso, except Daniel, he is such an amazing person and definitely the saviour of this hotel! Will come back for Daniels hospitality.

Beautiful hotel in all ways. From the reception through to the traditional Parisian elevator, and then on to the enormous rooms (which are more like suites), it’s really a fantastic place to stay and we love it.

This is a pretty boutique hotel located in a great location (2 mins walk from Metro station, within a 15 minute walk of the Louvre, Garnier Opera, etc) The room was stylish albeit compact - but not unreasonably small for a city centre hotel. Bathroom is contemporary but not spacious. Our room was also very quiet and private Breakfast was included but is probably best described as being average and light. The staff were quite helpful but things could be improved-for instance there was a long queue to check-out (as only one man was on the desk) and our toiletries and complimentary water were not replenished on the second day of our stay. Concierge services were also a bit limited in comparison to other hotels we have previously stayed in Paris. In saying that, this hotel is a good option for a short get away weekend in Paris

Very happy with our 2 night stay at the New Hotel Roblin La Madeleine Spacious modern clean room Small hallways and elevator very nice bath - really nice amenities (Hermes!) Was a convenient location to my office in the business district

Very good location, ruined by an exceptionally rude and lazy staff, especially in the restaurant (breakfast). The girls was always talking to each other, pretending not to see when people called them. I actually had to get up and go towards them in order to ask for a coffee. It was not an isolated case... it happened all 4 days I spent there.
