Booked in advance having never been to Paris. This hotel is well position to visit most popular sights in the City, all within walking distance. Weather was kind and there was so much to see by day and at night especially at this time of year. Disappointed that the hotel bar was not open on Sunday or Monday night.

Rooms were small as expected from a Parisian hotel. Cleaning ladies sometimes put new toiletries, sometimes they dont! All staff are soso, except Daniel, he is such an amazing person and definitely the saviour of this hotel! Will come back for Daniels hospitality.

Beautiful hotel in all ways. From the reception through to the traditional Parisian elevator, and then on to the enormous rooms (which are more like suites), it’s really a fantastic place to stay and we love it.

This is a pretty boutique hotel located in a great location (2 mins walk from Metro station, within a 15 minute walk of the Louvre, Garnier Opera, etc) The room was stylish albeit compact - but not unreasonably small for a city centre hotel. Bathroom is contemporary but not spacious. Our room was also very quiet and private Breakfast was included but is probably best described as being average and light. The staff were quite helpful but things could be improved-for instance there was a long queue to check-out (as only one man was on the desk) and our toiletries and complimentary water were not replenished on the second day of our stay. Concierge services were also a bit limited in comparison to other hotels we have previously stayed in Paris. In saying that, this hotel is a good option for a short get away weekend in Paris

Very happy with our 2 night stay at the New Hotel Roblin La Madeleine Spacious modern clean room Small hallways and elevator very nice bath - really nice amenities (Hermes!) Was a convenient location to my office in the business district

Very good location, ruined by an exceptionally rude and lazy staff, especially in the restaurant (breakfast). The girls was always talking to each other, pretending not to see when people called them. I actually had to get up and go towards them in order to ask for a coffee. It was not an isolated case... it happened all 4 days I spent there.

I stayed here for our vacation trip in Paris. The hotel located in a convenient location in the city. The hotel has airport shuttle to airport though I chose to take taxi. The hotel is a boutique hotel and the decorations is very European style. The room is not big but is quite comfortable. Our room comes with breakfast. There are not many choices for breakfast but it is fine.

When planning a European trip with a few friends, we were struggling to find the perfect hotel with 4-star decor and service; two beds in each room and in a good location. We realized with most hotels in Paris having small rooms, it would be hard to find the right hotel. Fortunately, we found this one! We made a great decision, to each get individual single rooms but still at a great price of about $130 per night. It was a nice treat for us each to have our own bathrooms and privacy for part of trip. The location is really good and near most of the major sights or near the metro. The service was good and rooms we very modern, newly done, and kept very clean. In addition, we were there in August and fortunately the A/C worked very well (unlike some of our other hotels). Our rate did;t include breakfast so we only ate in the hotel one day. This was the right choice as the food was just OK and there are so many other great options to try each day. I would highly recommend this hotel

Really nice and quiet boutique hotel just in the La Madeleine place, with a nice atmosphere, great reception service and lovely lounge. Rooms are nice and very spacious for a Paris hotel. Breakfast is typical French buffet.

On arriving rooms were not reasdy not a problem we went sight seeing all day arriving back early evening tired and hungry. Traveling as a wedding party of 4 my sister had no problem booking in and went up to her room arranging to meet later in the bar before dinner. We were then told that our room was not available and we were given another room on floor 2 with no terrace this is not what we booked we should have had the same as my sister on floor 5 they had over booked we booked this hotel months before and wanted a terrace to sit on to relax before going out in the evenings expecially as my husband smokes. We were then informed that the bar and restaurant were shut for the month as staff were on holidays . When booking hotels we look at the rooms bar and restaurant this had nothing that we booked we couldn't even get a coffee. I rate this as a 2 star b and b. We also booked with have sent several emails and had no response. Dont book this their are many other great hotels in Paris.
