Absolutely loved our stay here! The rental was exactly as shown in photos and I’m very appreciative to go into a rental that matches the online description. It was so coastal, bright and such a cute space!. The space is small as was expected per reading online but perfect for a couple. Love that there is a little fridge and plenty of amenities for a quick snack/cook something. It was wonderful to have bikes available to bike around any time. They also have beach chairs in the garage as well! And the location is perfect, to the beach, rosemary beach. Would definitely stay again and so glad we found this rental! Thanks Dolly & Nicole for a wonderful place!

Loved staying in this carriage house. The place was a great size for two. It felt comfortable and easy to settle into without being too tight. Everything was clean and had what we needed, and it was a solid great spot to come back to and after being out at the beach.The walk to the beach was super quick, which was a huge plus, and it led to a really great area that never felt too crowded. Definitely the best part of the stay. Amazing place and we would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, and in a great location. It's small but was fine for my wife and me. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi so had to use my personal hotspot occasionally. I rated it a 4 (almost went to a 3), but not because of the space but because the Stay at 30A Rental agency was apparently having software issues and I was double charged for the room and the safety deposit. After some headaches, calls and emails the money was refunded. So, in the end all is well but can't go higher than 4 for that reason alone. If it weren't for that 5 stars all the way.

This place was perfect for our little vacation. Easy access to the beach and to the house! Loved that it was by Rosemary but not in the middle of all of it. It would be amazing to have a place to get ice but other than that it was great!

Home is exactly as described and in the perfect location! Just a short walk to the public beach and right next to Rosemary. The location really was amazing for the price. Communication with Dolly was exceptional. She always got back to me very quickly, was super informative and helpful. It was my husband and I and our 9 month old baby, so it was just enough space for us. We put his crib in the living room and brought a slumberpod for blackout conditions. It gets very bright inside the space, so if you need darkness to sleep, bring some eyewear. The kitchen was functional and plenty of space in the fridge to hold our things. We loved having the two bikes with a basket to bike into town. Very happy overall!

We had the best time! The location of this place was awesome, not far to the most gorgeous beach ever and not far to the all the restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. The listing was truly incredible, super comfortable and overall great for 2 us for a couple of days. Will definitely be coming back and staying here!

My husband and I booked the carriage house for our anniversary trip. My employee recommended Inlet/Rosemary beach and I'm glad she did. The beach, shopping center, restaurants are within walking distance. The carriage house is small and intimate. It was the perfecr space for my husband and me. The communication was fantastic. The house was clean. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary. If you are traveling to Inlet/Rosemary Beach, I do recommend staying here.
