My stay

Our stay was amazing. I do have a few things to complain about. First one was the second day I was there I came out to my car and j have a paper in my windshield with warning because I departed date wasn’t on my tag that hangs in the car. I stop that evening and spoke with the guard at the gate an told him that I didn’t fill the tab out that the manager did and he said it was my job to put the day I left one there. I don’t understand why the manager couldn’t fill it out because they knew the day I was checking out. My next thing to complain about was children playing with pool toys. I just think it is crazy that a child can’t enjoy the time in the swimming pool with toys. I have also seen a guard make a parent take her baby out of a pool float. I think it just crazy. Next thing I was at the hot in and had my Stanley cup and the guard made me get up and take my cup to the table. But they was a table right next to the hot tub and people was sitting there drinking beer but I couldn’t have my Stanley cup with water. Some of the rules is crazy.

Vacation 2025

The beds were terrible, lip prints on dishes, panty stains on lamp shade in living room, furniture stained. Light from outside shined in bedroom all night. Construction going on next door sounded like they were coming through the walls. Pool was shut down a lot. One Sercruity guy was rude to everyone.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful and in a great easy access to the white sand and clear beach. Close to all kinds of stuff to do with the family and kids. Home away from home. Only regret we coulndt stay longer.

The bed was worn out and HORRIBLY uncomfortable! The couch was worn out and HORRIBLY uncomfortable as well. Did not sleep well or have a comfortable place to sit down and rest for a week. The cabinets were falling apart and the appliances were old and worn out too. Except for the washer and dryer was newer.

Needs updating

The overall resort is a B at best. The actual condo isn’t very comfortable. Floors need to be scrubbed better and/or replaced, the couches are terrible. Very uncomfortable to sit in. Queen size bed needs to be a king. Trim is beat up and mold growing in the tub caulk. The sliding door to the outside porch is very difficult to open, needs to be fixed. The comforter on the beds are dingy and worn. Overall place needs a good refreshing and remodeling. It’s also located by the elevators, which made it noisy at times. Was disappointed for the price that we paid.

Needs Updating

The location and check in process was perfect. However, the room is not near as “clean” as the picture portrays. The couch and pillows are old and stained up. The master bedroom comforter and pillows were so dingy we had to fold up and place in the closet. The washing machine wasn’t able to finish a load of clothes without this horrible noise that made the closet door sound like it was coming off the hinges. We were unable to wash clothes due to this issue. Also, the toilet had a tendency of not wanting to flush well. The management team said they would address the inconvenience and adjust our bill. We will see if it happens!

Great location and great view!

We enjoyed staying at this condo! The view from the balcony was great. The location was great! Wasn’t right in the middle of where all the tourists are so that made it a little more calmer and easier to get around!

Nice property, was not ready for check in. Toilet had to be repaired. Parking passes delivered late and had to go to the office to get the second pass. No big deal just annoying.

Feels like a complete resort

We loved the boardwalk condominiums. The tiki bar and grill had fantastic food and we ate there at least once a day for lunch or dinner. The pool was beautiful! We will definitely be going back!

Nice resort with a great pool, good security, easy beach access, neat market and pool side bar, vending machine with household items, and close to Walmart and Dollar General for other needs. Room was nice but didnt have sheets for the sofa sleeper or a dust pan. The bedroom lamps did not work, but overall it was a nice place, and is now my kids favorite place.

Great view but needed a good cleaning.

This property is right on the ocean with a great view. Pools are very nice and the ocean is pretty clean with clear water and white sand. The unit could have been much cleaner. There was sand all over the kids bed the moment we got there. The lights above the kids beds were burnt out. I had to take off the comforters and wash them because they smelled of terrible body odor and hadn't been washed in quite some time. When I did that, I found nasty stains all over both mattresses. Deep dark brown stains. They need to be replaced. The area around the kids bed is dirty and needs a good cleaning. Could use some fresh paint to make it look nicer. The couch cushions had stains all over them as well as sand. There was a bunch of sand piled up under the couch and love seat. The bedroom was cleaner than the rest of the unit. However, I'm not sure when the comforter on that bed had been washed. The unit is nice, but could use some sprucing up and updating, not to mention a deep clean. If I am going to pay a lot of money to stay somewhere for 6 nights, I expect it to be clean. I did not feel clean staying in the unit. I emailed the owner to speak with them about this, but 3 days later, I have not received a reply. I would not recommend this unit if you want a clean stay with good communication from the owner. I was disappointed in this stay.
