Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*Watercrest requires you to pay $130 for a parking pass and wristbands (8 wristbands). This fee is added to your statement at the time of booking. Parking passes and wrist bands will be in the unit when you arrive.  There is a max of 2 parking passes per unit. *

Trailers must be registered with the HOA, pay an additional $50 parking permit and park across the street in the overflow NOT in the designated parking space #23.
