there were three to our party and there was no additional blankets or sheets despite staff saying that we would get some. People could not sleep and the couch and bedding was full of stains

Nobody instructed me how to enter the building, I had to find their phone number on the internet and call in order to get assess codes. In the room: only 3 coffee cups, empty napkin box, no roller spindle for toilet paper, open used coffee package kit in the basket, big red spot on the blanket, curtains cover AC and block air flow.

I was here from out of state due to a death in the family. I had to extend my stay several times. They were so easy to work with & let me keep the same room the entire time (45 days). Great value and concept. Super comfortable bed!!!! I wish there were more hotels like this!

Was clean but had a plumbing issue upstairs was leaking thru the ceiling into the kitchenette sink fortunately . the people were responsive and got it cleaned up quick

The Kiteville hotel has a text message check-in system. You should receive a text message containing the main door entry code, your room number, and the entry code to your room. When I arrived, one door was open, and a cleaning staff member contacted management to send me a room assignment. The first room was not cleaned. I went back to the cleaning staff member, who assigned a second room, which was cleaned. It was a good thing that two cleaning people were present.

The property was a good price point for an over night stay. Needs some updates, specifically carpet needs replaced. The hotel itself has an intermittent strange smell. Similar to a gym locker room. WiFi is not the best, connection goes off at times. Good points: there is a mini fridge and microwave. Both worked fine. Fast food restaurants are nearby and could be walked to if desired. You are also right beside an ALDI grocery store. Also note that the air conditioner unit is loud but really cools the room. Bathroom is small and sink is located outside of the bathroom. Not a big deal for me but might matter to others. There is no lobby or front desk. The upside of this is easy check in using the codes that will be sent to you.
