The room was absolutely dirty, soon as you walked in the kitchen area had dirt all under the cabinet area plus hair and just plain nastiness. There were bugs crawling on the walls and windows. Seeing the lack of cleanliness made me not want to not touch a thing. You can tell nothing was wiped down, handprints on the mirror, food and drink stains on the nightstand. Then we go to check out at the counter to express my concerns, and no one was there pushed the button for service, and no one came. Stay somewhere else!

This was more than we expected. We had to book a suite since my husband was having surgery. I was please it offered a full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, stove, all the dishes we needed for 2 people.. If there are more people make sure you have enough dishes, cups etc. They don't make up your bed, which I was unaware of. Bed comfy. towels a bit skimpy. Pleasant stay and only minutes away from the hospital and dining.
