Customer service needs more training, needs to pay more attention to guest's request and make their stay more confortable. We simply asked for more towels and house keeping service. Unfortunately, we were told that the hotel is fully booked( We are their guests too)and we needed to wait 4 hours to get extra towels only because the laundry room is packed, I was also told that house keeping is not available and i needed to bring dirty towels,garbage to the main floor? Not sure if they got any training but honestly i never heard any front desk telling their guests that we are super busy,the hotel is booked and we can't help you at the moment?? We booked our reservation in advance therefore, they know that the hotel will be booked. Im sorry but its unfortunate to say that i will never go back to this hotel.

The check-in clerk was lovely. The hotel looked beautiful when we got inside. But the room had remnants of hair in bathroom and in sitting area - maybe someone had a shaggy dog in the room or got a haircut in there and the cleaning turn around was too fast? And to top it off there was barely any food for breakfast- no yogurt, no oatmeal - some sausage came out but went so fast my kids split one. Not what I expected

Although we were told they had 4 luggage carts we never saw them. Had to carry our luggage from the car to the room (we are almost 70!) Only two very small drawers for clothes and only 3 hangers! Room safe did not work even after having staff come to look at it. For the cost of the hotel I would have expected much more! The ceiling in the gym had mold growing on the tiles and breakfast was plentiful but low budget

The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed with my family for just one night, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The room appeared to be recently built or renovated, which made our short stay even more enjoyable.

property seemed safe and fairly well kept. the room was alright considering the price. the mattress probably should be replaced but the room itself was fine. good enough for a night or two if you're in the area and need a place to stay.
