The first room smelled like wet dog. We asked for another room and she upcharged us to move to a ‘better’ room. The king bed was comfy and nice but that was the only good part of it. The bathroom had paint on the counter and mounted hair dryer. The whole room felt icky. I will never stay here again.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Property could use some clean up, especially outside. Saw only two staff. Breakfast eggs and meat were cold. Coffee was terrible. Will not stay there again.

I arrived before check-in time to see if room was ready. It wasn't but the staff started working on it and fit it ready quickly. Mattress was a little lumpy but i slept soundly and was completely rested the next morning.

I selected internet price as choice hotels an other brands hotels charge way higher prices. I saved over 30 dollars on line. If expedia an other sites can sell rooms cheaper same goes for amm major hotels. I am veteran, senior, an travel a lot. I am member of many different hotel chains an hold credit cards from thier brands.. points for rooms shoild Not be over 12000 points. Upgrades are to be given for members in good standing. 1 hotel didnt offer upgrade said full status. In morning at check out i asked about hotel being full they said No they didnt fill hotel. Do something for vets an seniors an beat online prices.

Breakfast was cold & unappetizing. No one cleaned room after 1st night. I had even asked about towels getting picked up. The entire place needs upgrading. We have come there since first opening day over 30 years ago. Many family members have gone per our review. We will never back. We travel there 3-4 times annually.

Had to ask for different pillows due to having clumpy pillows which messed up my family’s necks the following day. The food was al done by microwave. Sausages should not be cooked in the microwave especially when it’s turkey sausages.

Would have given better review, but the wallpaper was peeling under the window and it looked like there was some mold there. Tried to get another room but you were booked solid. Wasn't comfortable sleeping in a room that might have mold in it, but at the time didn't have much choice... so that's why the lower marks on the review.

Unfortunate Stay

Hotel was clean. During my second day there was no water. The next day it was fixed but then there was no hot water. I was not compensated for my trouble.
