Improvement needed

The facility can use some upgrades in reference to the rugs! This used to be a top notch hotel! I was very disappointed in it now! Whe did adding railings in a bathroom make the room accessible! I am short and handicapped and unable to get on the bed without a step stool which I purchased

Dry clean and good breakfast, my only complaint would be they need to clean the pool area around on the floors lots of hair clumps from the filters other than that everything else was wonderful

Carpet is dirty, pillow cases not clean, but you can change them if asking. Right besides highway, it is hard to find a supercharger if you drive a EV. Hotel is clean except floor carpet, breakfast is similar as Hampton inn. Nice staff, good price if considering all conditions.

Right off the Highway so it's good to travel stop for me, Just one thing, A/C was too old and too noise, Noise is so big you can sleep, I have to shut off the A/c. Overall bad was good, room was perfectly clean.
