There were a few things wrong when we first came, privacy blind was off track, no bath mat in the shower for safety, light bulb was blown next to bed, alarm clock didn’t work and shower head was barely pushing water out. After reporting these problems, all were fixed by the next morning. We couldn’t have been happier. The breakfast was good, always scrambled eggs and sausage. The cappacino was a very nice surprise along with coffee and several flavored creamers, and waffles… occasionally there was fruit. Staff was very nice. We were there 5 days and the bed was very comfortable. Near the elevator was an urn of lemon water.. so good.

Checked in and was told I'm not sure if that is a wheelchair accessable room. When that is what i had booked When asked for a receipt was given attitude. After hours of driving idid not. Need to hear that. Very poor check in..

The property outside could be better kept and unfortunately people don't pick up after their dogs. Poop on sidewalk/curb and litter outside of the side door. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, did not sleep well. I've stayed here last year and don't remember being this bad.

There were ants around the bathtub and on the bed when we woke up. The molding by the bathtub was broken and lifting off of the floor. Informed the front desk. She was very friendly. Not sure if anything will get done about it as we are checking out of that room today. It is room 139.
