The room and location were perfect for our family, and the support team was very responsive. The only suggestions we would make are adding a drying rack for laundry and giving a bit of attention to the washer drain, as there was a noticeable odor likely due to mildew. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you!

The location is the only thing that was good about the hotel condo The room was very small for 5 person. By the time we pulled out of the futon, there was absolutely no room to walk or place luggage. The bedding have the smell of being slept on prior. The pillows were all quite flat tha resulted poor sleep for everyone. It is a place we absolutely will not recommend or return to.

Another fantastic spot we discovered on our travels around Japan! The self check-in made everything super easy, so we could kick off our adventure without a hitch. The only little hiccup was that there’s just one lift to the apartment, and sometimes we had to hang tight for a bit. But once we got to our place, it was nice and clean, and just a hop away from the lively Dontonbori and the train station. Perfect for exploring! Would definitely recommend it for a fun stay!

We had three rooms, all rooms were spotless, location was amazing, walking distance to Dotombori. Check in process was very easy and the staff was very patient for guiding us through it.

The property was well maintained. Clean and location was great. It was near Dotonbori and few mins walk from the nearest station. We will def come back and highly suggest to book this property when you’re in Osaka! :)

Location was amazing. Very close to both the kuromom markets and doutonbori street for food options. Very easy walk to multiple metro/train stations. We travelled with 3 kids (10, 6 and 4) Room was big enough. Washing machine was handy, no where to hang clothes so we did smaller loads and hung them on the coat hangers, were all dried by morning. Beds were firm but good, pillows were flat though. Would definitely stay again

It’s a great place for easy access to everything! Highly recommend. the laundry room was great to have. Easy check in would definitely come back. Only drawback was to get clean towels. You need to call in to request them and they will deliver them the following day. Definitely had a great time

Nice and spacious. Washing machine was great and there were laundry detergent available for use. You can dry clothes in the bathroom and use hot air to dry clothes or hang them outside. Walking distance to Dotonbori - very close. Train station was also very close. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Right near the Dotonbori so there are so many eating options and shops to explore. Remote check in at 4pm. Check in took us about 1 hour as there was only one ipad to check in and there were about 4-5 groups all queuing to check in. The room is not as spacious as other hotels we stayed in but the convenience of the location made up for this. Separate toilet, washer, drying room, balcony. Good base to explore Osaka attractions.
