Love It!

This is our second stay, we love this property almost as much as the hosts. It is immaculately clean, huge and the best theming/gameroom/theater of any we’ve seen.

Exactly what we needed

This house was perfect. There was always something to do to keep the kids busy with the game room, play room, swimming pool and community pool play area. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had. I definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time at this villa! We went to Legoland 2 days of our vacation and the drive was easy for us. It was so much fun to come back and watch a movie in the theater room! Our boys had a great time in the game room and we had several basketball tournaments too! :) We are already talking about coming back next year. Thanks for providing a great place for us to stay instead of a cramped hotel room. :)

Safety Concern

The house is as described and very nice on the inside. The 1 start review is due to the house being broken into on the first night of our stay. The intruder pounded on the door for 5 minutes before entering via the rear door. This was a horrible experience with 5 children under 7 years old in the home at the time. In the opinion of the renter, the property manager did not treat the break-in situation with the attention it required. No one from the property manager followed up with the renters after the break-in.

Spectacular house for the entire family

7 out of 5 stars. We cannot recommend this property enough! This house is an entertainment masterpiece that catered to the kids (3 yrs | 1.5 yrs| 1.5 yrs) and young-at-heart adults in our family. This house has been meticulously designed with fun themes throughout. The murals in the rooms were so beautiful and well done. The "slide room" and "volcano" were instant hits for the kids. The game room was the highlight which sparked competitions that went on into the early hours of the night. The theatre was a sports viewers dream. The location places you close to Disney and the heart of Kissimmee without having to deal with the traffic. The hosts were very responsive and saw that we needed for nothing while in the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay here. Do yourself and your family a favor and book this house for your next Disney stay!
