The staff was very nice and helpful. The property is very run-down. The suite was clean, but could definitely use some paint and new furniture. The two chairs had worn fabric to the point their were holes. The sofa cushions were so bad you sank when you sat down and it was hard to get up. The cable tv was sketchy and fuzzy most of the time. It had a two burner electric stove, but you could not use it because the heating coils would not stay in to hold a pan. Also, there was no telephone in the unit at all. I selected this property because we had 3 adults and wanted to be close, yet have privacy so a two bedroom suite worked. In the future, I would sacrifice the privacy and get one room with two beds, or just get two rooms. I certainly could have done a lot better for the price I paid.

We arrived at hotel and had booked a room with a King bed. They put us in a room with 2 doubles. They had just painted the room and the smell was overwhelming. We went back to check in and they said they didn't have a king bed. I called Orbitz. Eventually they were able to find a room with a king bed. The 2nd room was much better. Every night there was very loud music coming from behind the hotel so it was difficult to go to sleep. The hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled so the walls are very thin and you hear everything going on.

The rooms were neat and comfortable. Older and a little over-hyped. Not enough seating for such large occupancy. Heated pool was not. Staff was friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the suites. There were 4 of us with our granddaughter and her boyfriend. It was nice because we brought in dinner and could eat together and we were not on top of each other every second like that in a normal hotel room. We enjoyed our stay and also loved that it was quiet.

The hotel is next to Ole Town so it is great for kids big and old. If you want to keep up the continuous movement great hotel if your looking for relaxing, not the best choice. Everything else is great, shuttles to disney, breakfast, gym, pool... I had my wife, 10yr 19yr and 1 yr with me, we all enjoyed except when the baby was trying to sleep in the night and the Ole Town guest where leaving, the bikes kept her up. That's not the hotel fault so overall it wa great for the price.

Not great service. But good spacious rooms. Stayed several times here. Nice big room and good for an older hotel. The check in always takes forever and the hotel staff will not answer the front desk phone. If you need something you have to walk down there. And yes, wait in line again. But, not a high end hotel so its acceptable. Just wish they would the management would get with the program and care about its guests.

Close to all the Disney parks and other attractions. Good staff and good service. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

overall our stay was great, although the soap dish fell off the shower, the staff fixed it immediately. They have many shops nearby which is a plus and very close to the parks. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

It was not a bad place, friendly staff, clean, but it was not a hotel that would be any nicer than a 2 star rating. It was a nice motel, but it was not quite what we were looking for. Looking for a cheap place to stay while going to Disney though? This is your place.

Very clean, nice staff, over all great place to stay. I have been staying there for years.

The room is biger than I expected and the hotel is close to a lot of different shops

It was a very spacious suite with a full kitchen. It was perfect for our family. We had a pool side view which made it very nice with the kids back and forth to the pool all day. Old Town was a nice place to walk around and explore at night and my kids loved the fun spot America. Overall was a great vacation and I would return to the celebration suites in the future.

My family had a reservation for a total of 6 nights. The e-mail confirmation from Orbitz had a "Your room will be guaranteed for late arrival." statement, but upon arrival we were told the hotel was overbooked and they sent us somewhere else for one night. They told us to come back in the next morning, drop our bags, hit the parks for the day, come back at night and our room would be there. Guess what, the next day we went to check-in and they had no rooms available. In fact they would not have a room for another two days and would have to send us to another hotel for two nights. I called Orbitz the next day and they were quick to reimburse us. I then proceeded to make a reservation with another hotel that actually knows how to manage their business. Also, there was another couple in front of me who were able to get a room earlier in the day, but were complaining that the room they got is not what the pictures published online showed. They were complaining about the room being outdated and dirty. The hotel is visibly undergoing renovations.

I liked every thing but the check in and out is very poor. $20 early check in tell ya rooms not ready, Then took an hr, to get checked in. and 20 min to check out. no one gets to check in till 4 pm

One of my family member suffers from severe allergies. When entered the room, he immediately had an allergic reaction. I asked one attendant if the room could be changed, she has no more rooms available. Asked another attendant and he was able to change the room.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had a minor problem come up and the staff took care of it immediately and better than we could have hoped for. Will DEFINATELY be staying there again.

Celebration Suites in Kissimmee is a great place to stay. They have done some remodeling over the past few years and made some improvements, new siding, tile floors, ect. The suites have a lot of room and are a great value for the price. They are located next to Old Town and are very close to all the parks. I think you would be pleasantly surprised if you stayed at Celebration Suites.

Really I love it , we have fun , the room are clean , pool nice , We enjoy our visit in this hotel. We come back soon

Picked this hotel because we wanted to save money on a Disney trip and didn't intend to spend any time in the room besides sleeping. Liked that it had a kitchen available, we just used the refrigerator for milk and yogurt for breakfast in the mornings. The room was kind of shabby, but it served its purpose of just being a place to sleep! For the savings, it was worthwhile.

The hotel is in good location But the beds are not comfortable for sleep
