I didn't expect to be in such a bad neighborhood. The bath tub was rusty. The pool are couldvd been groomed better. What ever cleaner was used in the lobby smelled horrible. The rooms smelled bad. Not fresh. Holes in the walls were it used to be pictures or bullet holes. The noise from traffic was awful. Had i known this hotel was in that area and condition me and my family wouldnt have stayed.

1. Staff at front desk did not seem to care about customers. Very slow in service. There was visible trash around the property. 2. The property is not maintained well at all. 3. Room & bathroom were absolutely filthy. No towels were in the bathroom. 4. Hotel location has very noisy environment. You can can hear truck go by whole night. 5. Breakfast area was filthy.

Right after seeing our room we realied heavy mold smell and refuaed to check out. Hotel personnel very rude

First thing is the staff. The front desk clerk had a attitude. Both in person and on the phone. Even hung up when I was on the phone. Then the room. It smelled like mildew, about a hour into the stay when I went to the bathroom, the carpet before the bathroom was soaked and flooded. There was definitely plumbing issues. After that, I went to the front desk to be moved and was told the hotel was fully booked. No discount, no refunds. So I left either way.

Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was dirty. The carpets were obviously not vacuumed as there were crumbs and little papers scattered about. The soap and toiletries of the previous occupant were still in the shower. No toilet paper dispenser so the tp was just kept on the floor. General state of disrepair such as broken dresser drawers and shabby furniture and appliances. Thank god no roaches. Before breakfast I was sitting in the lobby and I saw 2 staff members use some sort of spray with great enthusiasm. They walked back and forth SEVERAL times holding down the spray button while spraying the counters. I don't know what the spray was but it was alarming as to the amount used and that it was done directly on food surfaces. The spray was not a cleaner, it was an aerosol can, and no one came along to wipe it down. Anyway the noise!! Omg the walls are actually paper thin. The doors and window are not correctly installed or maybe lack weatherstripping because I actually felt like there was no door at all. The hotel is on an extremely busy street with loud trucks booming down the street ALL NIGHT LONG. And having a door and window that are not the least bit soundproof made me feel like a was sleeping on the curb next to a busy highway. If you love noise then you'll love this place. It's actually a former Motel 8 in the process of trying to reach Travelodge status.

In the middle of a situación that I was living through a scams that suffered and seeing me without accommodation for my family I made a reservation through Orbitz.com yo the Travelodge Orlando Mear Florida Mall. In 40 minutes I went to the reserved hotel and realized that the accommodation he offered was no suitable for my family, we were three adults and two childrens. Tell the Front Desk employee to cancel the reservation inmediately because the Romo esa verte small. In the same way the proceed to charter the amount of the rate for one night. Ética I consider verte unfair.

Key card didn’t work on the back door. Went out to have a cigarette and got locked out. Bathroom door didn’t lock.

The first thing we noticed when we went in was the terrible smell of old smoke. throughout the night these were the ridiculous things that we encountered in this inn. The sink had drain mites, yuck! The carpet was wet in places and gooey in others, we had to walk around our room with our shoes on. We found three mouse traps in the room! And we didn't have to move furniture to find them either, they were just tucked along the baseboards. Also whatever detergent they use on the sheets made our skin itch all night and the comforter was pilled and had cigarette burns on them. Finally the shower curtain was on a rod that was rounded. Normally a good thing- but the shower curtain was not made for one of those so it wouldn't stay closed on either side of the tub. Water got all over the floor and my kid slipped and fell. Thankfully we only had to stay one night so we could fly Home the next day but it was a terrible way to end our vacation.

Had to put additional $50 per room down for deposit that Orbitz doesn't tell you. Rooms had water stains on roofs. A/C was in pieces when i arrived and didnt cool. And the door to the room couldn't more than about 16 inches before it got stuck at the bottom on the carpet. Not a good showing at all.

This is a very old motel just off a busy main road. Our room faced that road. There is no sound proofing and were kept awake by the traffic. I am pretty sure that if a mouse farted outside our room, I would have heard it. Part way through the night, my wife put make shift ear plugs into her ears. Considering how I snore, that should tell you something! The carpet was not attached to the floors by the walls. The mattress creaked when I sat on it like it was a pad on top of springs. Yuck! I am shocked that Travelodge allows their name on this place.

Room had dirty bed sheet and 2 cockroach. We had to leave the hotel. The receptionist was nice and refund us the money.

Roaches in bathroom and beds no phone in room no tourist info about what is close to hotel will never stay here again

They don't clean my room when I leave the hotel all day. Don't have any person to treat you well

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. A total dumb. I saw a roach in my room climbing the wall. The bathroom was dirty, the tub had filth in it,& the carpet had several stains. In addition, there weren't any towels in the room.

Smells humidity, very bad breakfast service only cereal because the oatmeal was chunk. The wifi was down. The room service change the towels , but didn't clean the bed.

I was disappointed with service as well of the rooms. roaches were everywhere in the room. When I open the refrigerator found live roaches inside. Room 321.

THIS HOTEL IS INFECTED WITH ROACHES IT IS DISGUSTING.PLEASE STAY AWAY ...THE AREA IS VERY DANGEROUS AND DIRTY.

close to restaurants, clean adequate room-staff was helpfull

The good: very friendly staff The bad: everything else. Very dirty and broken down. Didnt let our daughter take a bath, tub was gross. Worst comp breakfast weve had. Would not bring my family here again.

We just stayed for a few hours since our flight was an overnight flight and we needed to rest. We found cockroaches and ants, it was not clean like to feel comfortable in taking a shower. Did not want to eat breakfast either, good for what we paid, which was no more than $100 for 2 rooms.
