When we arrived for breakfast, there was hardly anything left, even though we were still within the designated breakfast hours. The manager wasn't there to resolve the situation, and nobody did anything.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely small, far smaller than expected, and made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the room was very loud due to its location right next to a major highway, making it difficult to rest or sleep at night. I brought this issue to the front desk, and the staff acknowledged the inconvenience and offered me a special nightly rate as compensation. Unfortunately, this promised rate was never applied or honored, which was frustrating and unprofessional. While the staff was polite, failing to follow through on what was offered significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend staying here if you value comfort, quiet, and reliable customer service. Paola at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I request to speak to a manger Ben and Kevin and never got a call from any of them. Paola all it said "sorry but can not help" What the other staff offer you is not good because he is a new employee. Bad excuse.

The room was beat-up, dirty and disgusting. The sink faucet was broken and the sink had black mold around the overflow. The bed frame was missing a slat and my husband sat on the corner of the bed the mattress caved in and he fell on the floor. The walls and door were beat up. I can go on...

The room was dirty with bugs. The toilet was unstable. The waffle dispenser was broken, and there was insufficient food for all the guests. By 8:30, we had already run out of food. The trash cans were full, and the dining area was dirty.

checking process was good., agent nice and helpfull. We were in very low temperatures, the heater in the room was not working. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for a blanket and was told that they had no blankets, the excuse he gave him was the people stealing thats why they dont have it.. The maintenance guy came, he was very nice and confirmed the heater cant be fix at that time. He went out of his way and he found me 2 blankets. A different agent at the front desk was kind enough to give us a portable heater and the previuos agent had a bad actitud about it.

The room WAS NOT clean, had to ask the staff to clean the floors and get the sink to drain properly. The floor was getting socks, slippers and everything black. Every time we returned to the room it always smelled weird. Will never stay at this location or recommend it.

Basic accommodations for a short stay. The was very worn. Right off the highway so it was also very loud. The heat didnt workand there were no pther rooms open, but the man at the desk was nice to lend me a space heater on night 2. The breakfast was complete chaos: however, with some impeccable timing, you would probably be able to a nice waffle and some good tea.

The first room my daughter got stuck in the bathroom and literally had to bust her out and the rooms smelled horribly of mildew and the second room had a bed that was horrible it was dips in almost the bedboard … there was so much smoking going on at the hotel even with the no smoking signs everywhere it was a horrible experience to a already bad trip would not recommend then I tried to add a room the man told me $200 for the same Room I went online and booked for $100 scammer!
