Great stay!

Just left the villa, had the best time! Location amazing, nice and quite perfect after a busy park day. Beds were so comfy, full working TV in all rooms. Bath and beach towels available so no need to take your own also full washing/drying facilities available. I would highly recommend this villa, we are a family of 4 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of space

Helton was very responsive to any issue that arose. The HVAC stopped working one afternoon while we were away from the house and Helton had a repair company there the next morning. You can’t predict things like that, but Helton was gracious and communicative. It was a great place to stay, despite the one night without ac.

It was an ok place to stay. We had issues with 2 tv remotes not working and tried switching out batteries but nothing would work. Helton was very responsive and offering solutions but as it turned out we were too tired to watch it in the evenings anyway. It was well stocked, the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture and curtains could have been nicer and the townhouse could use some fresh paint. We have always enjoyed staying in the Terra Verde gated community.
