Spacious Five Bed Holiday Home
If you are looking for a spacious house, huge pool and close to absolutely everything , then look no further.
Our family holiday home is ideally located just a short drive from the Disney World Resorts and the Universal Parks.
Restaurants, shops and bars galore are right on your doorstep.
The property boasts 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests.
Whilst not one of the newest houses in Kissimmee, you will feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door.
Situated 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 10 minutes from Interstate 4, and just off US192 the villa is easily accessible and close to supermarkets, restaurants and other useful amenities.
Our villa is located in the Four Corners quiet residential estate just 2.5 miles from the gates to Animal Kingdom. There is parking for two cars in front of the double garage.
There is free wifi and air conditioning throughout.
Downstairs consists of a large airy open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The master suite is also located downstairs, which has a walk in closet and large bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck.
A further double bedroom and additional bathroom are adjacent to the living area. There is also the utility room which has a washing machine and separate dryer which are available for you to use.
Upstairs consists of a large double bedroom, along with two themed twin bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a travel cot which is available for you to use if need be, along with a bed guard that can be attached to the side of a bed.
The outside pool deck is large, not overlooked and faces the sun all day. A dining table and chairs are positioned under a shaded area for you to eat outside next to the pool. The pool is fantastic and larger than average. A spa is attached, although please note that the spa is not a hot tub - although it will be hotter than the pool, it is not excessively hot. Pool heating is charged at an additional $40 per day and it is recommended that it is used in the winter months (minimum 2 day charge).
Our villa is well equipped with everything that you would need for a fantastic vacation. As a family, we love spending time there and we hope you will too.

Perfect Long-Term Stay Near Disney
We had an incredible experience staying at this property for two months! The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The kitchen had everything for cooking meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable and fully furnished. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to Disney parks and close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was the perfect balance of being near the action yet in a peaceful neighborhood where we could relax after a busy day. The host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great stay. Any questions or small issues we had were resolved promptly. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the home felt safe and secure, which was important for our long-term stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient rental near Disney.
