The young lady that checked me in was very swift and efficient . The beds were a lil small but we made it work. The breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately I saw two roaches on Saturday and Sunday in the bathroom. I stayed in Rm #129 the hotel room was clean and smelled good,

Our room was dirty (a used washcloth was still in the shower), the shower handle fell off when turning, someone’s mace was still in the room, and the lamp chain broke when we tried to turn the light on.

Was ok. Could be better. Towels were a bit old and tin

This hotel was very disappointing. After reading the reviews, we decided to stay there. After only being in the room for 5 minutes, we realized the toilet, phone and clock all didn't work. We couldn't even call the front desk. We didn't get to eat the breakfast because it doesn't start until 7am.

Overall great experience. The only problem was the radiator. It was too loud at night and kept me up sometimes. :/

This is a very nice place to stay and a really great deal.

I was not satisfied with the hotel so decided to check out early. I called the front desk to see if I could be refunded for the remaining 3 days. I was told since I booked it with orbitz they had to call for the cancellation but that should not be an issue. Orbitz called the hotel to cancel and spoke to George and I was advised I would get my refund within 30 days. Now quality is stating the front desk forgot to notate the account and they need to investigate if I really had checked out. This is after orbitz called them to confirm the room was cancelled and a refund was promised. Really disappointed.

We stayed five days and all five days breakfast was great and the room was kept tidy,with clean towels as well. There was one day that housekeeping forgot to close the door but nothing was missing or stolen. The hotel was only a twenty minute drive to Disney and SeaWorld. There location was close to many restaurants and Walmart. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again. The hotel even allowed me to take away one day that I had booked because we had to leave early.

I was at Baymont inn it was aTerrible came to QI and it felt like home. Nice staff (Javier).

My room was down graded upon my arrival and I still had to pay for the fact they didn't have what I paid for available. No linen on the sofa bed, and I never received the email roll out bed I was promised, so all three of the kids had to share 1 roll out bed.

Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Excellent service from the staffs.

The room, although small, was modern enough to be comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast offered was OK, the only healthy options where fresh fruit, but I didn't mind. We didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool, but it looked clean and wasn't too crowded. Seriously, for the amount we paid, and amazing experience! Amazing value!

Suites have a lot of space! Is like an apt. They should consider in adding a gym and more space to dine in. Hotel is pretty big and the space to eat in not big. But other than that I would stay again.

Great location and convenient to stores. Would stay here again if we visit.

This hotel was very disappointing. After reading the reviews, we decided to stay there. After only being in the room for 5 minutes, we realized the toilet, phone and clock all didn't work. We couldn't even call the front desk. We didn't get to eat the breakfast because it doesn't start until 7am.

Overall great experience. The only problem was the radiator. It was too loud at night and kept me up sometimes. :/

we do apologize for the inconvenience of the air conditioning , we do have staff 24 hours a day and we would of loved to fix that problem so you can sleep at night and wake up with a smile on your face.
