It was beautiful. I recommend the stay. There is no microwave in the rooms but there is one downstairs for everyone to use. It’s a little inconvenient but not the worst thing in the world. The pool was great and it had two hot tubs. My favorite was Harry’s pool side bar and grill. Amazing. Will do again

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and do not recommend it. First, the deposit was charged to a different credit card than the one I explicitly authorized, which is unacceptable and very concerning. The room itself was extremely noisy — I could clearly hear people talking in the neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to rest. At check-in, there was only one staff member handling arrivals, which resulted in a long and unnecessary wait. To make matters worse, housekeeping (repeated times) knocked on my door before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday, even though I had checked in after midnight and was staying for only one night. Being disturbed so early on the same day I checked in was inappropriate and very frustrating. Overall, the service, noise level, and billing issues made this a very poor experience. I would not stay here again.
